I will never go back to Bourne End…

I will never go back to Bourne End Dental. They put me through pain and took thousands of pounds from me for implants which failed. After taking out all my remaining top teeth I ended up with a bulky plastic type denture. Only interested in your money. Think twice and ask them “if your Implants fail how do they intend to compensate you.”i went to the Bourne End Dental with a chrome denture which they kept and gave me a plastic type one to replace FAILED IMPLANTS and my CHROME DENTURE
and left me with NO top teeth.

We were referred to this practice for paediatric dental treatment

We were referred to this practice for specialist paediatric treatment for our eight-year-old son who has antibiotic damaged teeth. Upon paying £145 for this appointment we were told in no uncertain terms that they actually don’t treat Children, refused to give him any fillings he needed, extractions, x-rays or treatment and basically sent us back to the orthodontist we came from. They then said we would have to go on an NHS waiting list to get it all done. All this after we were promised, private treatment with Bourne end dental. My only regret is that my husband did not withhold the £145 payment. Terrible terrible service. I absolutely would not recommend this dentist at all.

Tooth extraction ready for implant.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and use to see Graham ( now retired). I was then assigned Simon Buxton as my dentist. Having had a bridge since i was 15 the time has come for an implant ( nothing left of my good teeth to bridge on!!)
I had my appointment today for the tooth extraction with Simon Buxton and i was so very nervous.
AS far as dentist visits go, this was absolutely amazing. Three injections and never felt a thing and he took the tooth out, again, never felt a thing. I can not praise this chap enough for the gentle way he treated me for the entire hour in the chair. Very calm and caring and has kept me in the loop from the start of this process ( halfway there now). 8 weeks to allow the healing and then we can start on the implant without feeling apprehensive...
Wonderful dentist.
