I was very pleased with the quality and packaging of the rotor and pads combo. Everything went on very easily and swapping to my new parts was very quick, I did not use the provided front pads, i went with brembo pads but thats neither here nor there. My only complaint is that they should have listed to not use a cleaner on the rotors BEFORE the break in instructions instead of having them at the bottom. It didnt affect my cars stopping performance at all but its annoying knowing i have 2 zinc coated rotors and 2 rotors with the plating already cleaned off.

ordered slotted rotors and pads for my 2015 RX350. They were installed . Brakes are smooth and quiet. Stop well. Couldn't be happier. Saved 1/2 of the price the Lexus dealership wanted. Got better performance.

not impressed

Received my order in a timely manner however a rotor that was flawed and ruined the brake pad. This caused me to disassemble the brake system to find the flaw. I called and informed brake performance of the issue along with providing pictures of the flaw. I was told that they would expedite the replacement and 4 business later I still have not received a notice of shipment. Needless to say I am unempresses.

First time buying

First time buying from here. Shipping was a little slow but due to current events I can understand why. Instructions were clear as these rotors are directional. Breaking performance was greatly improved. It will be some time before I know if this solves the warping problem I am having with china made parts. Quality of product was very good.so far it is well worth the cost.
