Seat took a while to arrive, and the seat was just not a good bike seat, we got the extra wide one, and the support on the underside does NOT support up the foam of the seat, and so the sides will dip over the edge of the bottom support. We bought a wide seat on Amazon and had full support for the foam under neath, and for 40.00 versus 67.00 for the Bullocc seat to arrive. We've emailed a few times wanting to return it, no replies to any emails. Just a vague section on their website" mail back to this address in Switzerland and you MAY OR MAY NOT get a refund, and you pay for shipping and handling. I don't like just blindly returning items without prior authorization. I'm just going to dispute it with my credit card. Seat is NOT worth what we paid PLUS there was NO hardware to install the seat.

Shipping is brutal with this company

this is the WORST!!!! place I have ever ordered from when it comes to tracking my order. I do NOT "DO" QR codes, no tracking/carrier number so I have no idea it my order has even been sent!!!!!!

The original seat that came with my electric trike was very hard and uncomfortable. I purchased one of yours and it has improved my riding experience greatly. It did take a bit too long to arrive, and I didn't have the tools to install it. I simply took it to my bike shop and they installed it in 30 seconds for free. The springs underneath the seat make a huge difference, since i've had 2 back surgeries. Overall, a good product so far..

We bought 2 WD Comfort Plus seats for our e-scooters. They arrived in 18 days to Canberra Australia. They are extremely comfortable compared to our old seats and are great for my injured spine.

I love my new saddle. I enjoy my bike so much more now. When I ride over bumps I can remain on my seat with comfort. It is a “butt” saver!!!

I purchased two seats. It took a bit of time to arrive, but not an excessively long time.
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to install the first one. The rod receiver closed up a bit, but needle noise pliers used in an opening motion instead of the normal squeezing motion opened enough for the rod to slip right in place. Then all was fine.
The seat is awesome. It is extremely comfortable compared to the original hard and narrow seat. You can ride much longer for sure.

It took a couple of weeks to receive my order. At first it was a little disappointing when it was to small to fit on my rod but just taking it apart and spreading the 2bars apart and putting back the tightening hardware it fit great.
I love this seat and now I can ride 10 miles with no discomfort. My butt would normally kill me after a mile.

We love our seat!! It is exactly what we needed. I tried it first then my boyfriend got his. Our arms were going numb when riding our bikes and this seat fixed that and now we can enjoy our bike rides!!

Can be improved by using higher quality materials.

Bullocc might be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Not only did it take several months for my bicycle seat to get to me when it arrived, it came with absolutely no hardware to install it onto my bike. The bars on the bottom of the bicycle seat were way too close together and did not work for my bicycle or My Husband’s bike. This is not a universal bicycle seat. The company’s response was that they did not offer refunds because they wanted to stay in business. What kind of excuses that? Make a better product and you won’t have to issue as many refunds. That’s just simple good business that this company clearly is clueless about. Now I am stuck with a worthless bicycle seat and I’m in the whole $64. What a disappointing experience with the product itself and especially with customer service that didn’t even remotely try to offer any compensation whatsoever. It is no wonder that their score is low. I’m sure they have pissed off a ton of customers with their substandard merchandise and horrendous customer service. Long story short, I highly do not recommend this company or this product.
