I was not aware how I can access services from Bupa Global from 2021 to 2023. When Bupa started online approval early 2024, I tried to get registered but have been challenged with difficulties. I tried to ask through email and also via telephone on how I can correctly complete the form and get registered. But I couldn't get satisfactory response. The response I was getting lacked a human face and it was very boring. It was just saying "our security questions are not satisfied" and denied to give me any further information. I was finally very Lucky when I come intouch with Bupa Surveyor. I explained all my dissatisfactions which opened for him a room to investigate why I was unable to get registered. Finally he informed me that there was a mismatch between the data I filled analog originally and the one I digitaly filled online. Once that has been corrected, I have been enjoying the services I am rendered via Bupa throughout the 2024 season.
So what I suggest to Bupa for the future is to train its customer section staff to put their foot in the shoes of customers and be helpful than just remain being mechanical when they find them stranded being faced with practical problems.

The claim request process via mobile app work excellent. It is easy and user friendly. You can check anytime how the revision and approval process is progressing. Definately recommend Bupa to everyone.

Me and my family are very happy with BUPA services. Ir is difficult on thinking how you can improve. However I have en example: You partially rejected claim CL240831671417without asking about the invoice you rejected. It was an X ray invoice. That was required by the doctor and I do not think it should be rejected. I know BUPA asked about this invoice later but, I am not sure if after I clarified it, it was payed or not. Thanks.
