Your intent/service is OK, but not being computer whizzes, we found it almost impossible to get out of your review/survey, obtain a code you sent us, then somehow get back to the survey and add the code.
Too darn much hassle. Will probably not use TrustPilot again. You kept sending us that code, different ones, many times. Not sure how e finally got back in with the latest code you sent us.
