Used this company for cable ties last year & they we wonderful with their service & products. Cable ties were good, strong & durable, lasted the whole year through all sorts of weather. Will continue to shop them, prices are very reasonable.

A terrible experience. No customer service and they not ship on time. I ordered what was supposed to be a stock item that I needed right away. When after 2 business days it hadn’t shipped I contacted customer service via email and requested the order be cancelled. They never replied to that email. I also called and requested the order be cancelled. They assured me that they would and that they would follow up by email. They didn’t do either one and instead shipped the order to me a week later.

I am a very satisfied returning customer. Their products are of a high quality and priced great. I have been using their wire looms for decorating the wires and hoses in my engine bay on my sports car. At car shows, people comment how nice my engine looks. These worked great. Other products from other manufacturers had defects, many broke and we ended up throwing many away. With these cable ties, we had no issues at all and did NOT need to throw any away because they didn’t work. We plan to order more!

Easy to order, prompt shipment, only complaint would be that sometimes freight cost are more than they should be as in the past sometimes products shipped out in larger than needed box inflating the shipping cost
