Just giving an update ,I raised a dispute through PayPal after waiting a month and sent pictures and videos to back up my claim ,paypal agreed and refunded my payment .
No joy from car minder etc regarding damage to my car.
Had to pay myself to get my car .repaired due to the damage suffered from there horrendous parking grounds .

do not use these cowboys.
Dropped car off at 32,Moss Lane.
Basically its a muddy field with a caravan office.
No busses available to take airport.
They arranged a taxi mini bus and then asked for a fiver for airport barrier ?
Not stated at time of booking.
Returned to Manchester phoned two numbers given at 1am eventually got sn answer. Sorry mate we are very busy will be 45 minutes to pick-up? Please text your reg thanks!!
Paid for an uber to Moss Lane only a mile away to discover two guys in a caravan nobody else on site not busy my car was blocked in and when returned to me covered in mud .
Absolute joke avoid at all costs .not cheap place .

Was not what we payed for , the address and postcode didn’t match so had we gone by the address we’d have been 13mims away luckily when we rang the guy said follow the post code so took us to a muddy yard cars parked all directions, we were told to leave the key in the car the guy put the window down it was raining , we were told the transfer was stuck at the airport so we’d have to pay £7 each way for a taxi although ee we’re sharing with another guy While we were waiting his transport arrived and was going to put our cases in the guy started shouting at him saying no he wasn’t going to cancel the taxi even though we were late for our flight due to road wrks on the way down the country , eventually got the airport in a private taxi the taxi driver had no change we both had large notes , got to our bag drop check in had closed luckily they opened it and rushed us though ! On our return called to arrange pick up the guy put the phone down before telling us where to meet then wouldn’t return my call , had to pay again to get out the airport pick up £6 my card wouldn’t work had to try it twice payed second time but the driver also payed, we got our car and it was fine having to try and get your cases in the car in the mud is annoying , the people who were in the transfer were told they’re car wouldn’t start , we’d also seen someone’s lights left on when we were waiting to go I’ll not use them again not the price we expected with the extras added that we’d not been told about

Definitely recommend having experienced great service. I will be using them again in the future. Easy and straightforward.

Like most of you I was worried how legitimate this service was given the price. No need. Service was efficient and as described. Parking is gated multi-storey carpark in central Luton, <10 mins from terminal. Call mobile provided before you arrive (departures) or after you've landed (arrivals) and minibus will pick up you. Price very competitive. Will definitely use again.

The only phone number given to call them before your arrival was switched off which lead to us being stranded on some industrial site, with nowhere safe to park the car at 4am. Not sure how they operate but there was no premises or car park baring their name at the given address. Spend a bit more for one of the established companies is my advice.

Excellent service from start to finish, Marcus was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person, very polite when he collected the car and when he returned it. I have used others before and waited an age for the car on return, not this time, got our bags, rang Marcus, got out and within 5 mins he was there ( might have been quicker but we went to the wrong car park 🤦) but even then it wasn’t a problem for him. Great experience from start to finish and will definitely be using next time we take the car to the airport.

Had a long weekend away used Car minder Marcus was very helpful good communication and directions. Will definitely use Marcus in the future and recommend to family and friends.

This was my kind of service. No nonsense. Prompt. On time. Helpful and clear with instructions on where i needed to be and timings etc. We were a 3 car convoy with a lot of luggage and there were 11 of us but this did not matter. They mobilise quick and efficiently and i found Marcus to be very polite and honest. He asked me about a steering lock issue that he had but it was an ongoing issue of mine. He could of said nothing but he mentioned it first. To summarise a 5 star company that suited our needs. No messing about. Will use next year for sure.

I just wanted to say that car minder park and ride were very professional from start to finish they were prompt and on time. I couldn't have asked for a better service I will definitely be using car minder Park and ride again.

I booked this company last year with my friends and it was ok so I booked it again but as I was half an hour away from the airport we rang him and he didn’t pick up and we kept ringing but no answer so we had to park somewhere else in the early hours of the morning and after we left another review explaining what happened we came back to the car being scratched and the tyres slashed. Coincidence, I think not.

What a vindictive person. Good money was paid for a terrible service. Car was damaged and he took no responsibility. Stay well away.

We we’re booked in fo Marcus to take us to terminal one for 5 am, we had called him as planned half hour before he was scheduled to pick us up , we had no answer from Marcus we had called numerously , sent messages and left voice mails as we were needing to be on our flight for 7 am. We had arrived at the parking spot with no one to be seen and no answer from Marcus , now starting to panic and our anxiety had kicked in as we had no way of getting to Manchester airport ; we had to call a taxi however they were not available straight away . Luckily we got hold of an Uber. I rang Marcus again the next morning after he failed to back to me or my friends as we had left many missed calls, he was unbothered and unapologetic, and I have demanded a refund. This poor service has left us stressed and anxious as we were going to miss our flight,I would not recommend Thai service at all.

Would definitely recommend very reliable and we will most definitely be using again thanks
