Great Experience!
I've sold cars to CarMax in the past and have never had a bad experience with them but this was so much easier and more convenient. It even took less time some how. I called on a Saturday and had an appointment for someone to come out for the appraisal the same day. Michael, the appraiser did a great job explaining the process and was very professional.

Great Experience
I called on Thursday, and on Friday, their wonderful worker, Michael came to our house. Very quick service, but he also checked out the car and was very helpful and informative. He got us the best value for our car, while also helping us with all of our questions. Very thorough, while also being very nice.

A smooth transaction - Fair price.
Got the buy price in a short time, appraiser came out at the appointment time and appraised the car and made a small adjustment to the purchase price. Once I agreed to the purchase price mi received my check in less than 10 minutes. Could not have gone any smoother.
