Dreadful DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
Auto tie you in for another original term. Now paying 36 months for a terrible coffee machine that can’t be used. Unclear cancellation process, accepted notice then rolled me straight over into a new term without so much as a notification then had a high and might lecture off the most unhelpful person on the phone. Never in a million years will I use these people again.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THEYRE NOT GOING TO VET AWAY WITH IT PLEASE CALL CONSUMERS RIGHTS & COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS

I echo the other reviews - the finance agreement is all very small print and ties you in to an automatic rollover for a period that is the same length as the first one. If you ask to terminate early the contract allows them to include full servicing charges for the remainder of the contract, even though the servicing obviously won't be provided. Use Cooleraid or Aquaid - they are actually cheaper by around £150 a year per unit and far more customer friendly.

I can not give a ZERO rating, that is what this company deserves. Disgusting customer service and the cancel you contract is impossible. They need to be investigated. We have been trying to cancel our contract for 5 years, we missed by a few day and they rolled out contract over again for another 5 years. DO NOT USE OR SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY. EVIL is and under statement.

This company are completly criminal. we have been trying to cancel our contract with them since 2022 so coming up three years. instead they send us huge termination charges and then resign us into a rolling contract for the next 5 years

Terrible customer service and zero proper machine maintenance.

We were paying for maintenance across our contracts, yet the machines were never serviced properly. When we challenged them, they even tried to charge us extra for “poor condition” of the machines — despite the fact that we’d been paying them to keep the equipment in working order in the first place.
When it came to cancelling, suddenly there were hidden hoops to jump through — three months’ notice, extra costs, and even a requirement to send a recorded delivery letter to exit.

Very bad service overall, and I would never deal with them again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Unfortunately a contract was set up with these years ago, they'd been taking our money, not servicing the machine. They didn't even know who we were or what our account number was from our address.
When it came to cancelling suddenly I was tied into 3 months' notice, extra costs, having to send a recorded delivery letter to exit. Even though they've provided no service at all.
Avoid avoid!

Awful company to deal - sign you up to deal then try for a years maintenance at end of term plus £220 to collect machine that wasnt fit for purpose in the first place.

Avoid - also linked to Ispy group and old company name Chevington Finance.

Their contracts are some what made to do you over - all terms are in their favour.

You can't cancel payments - cancellation must be made in writing which takes weeks to delay the process.

They then add extra money to exit - when in reality you have paid for the item and more already.

You setup an agreement with them - thinking it is all clear - to find the terms and conditions are setup to make you fail and be stuck with them for a long time as they roll the contract over without your permission.

Customer service is dreadful - you can tell that they have people all the time calling to complain about their conduct - so staff are rude and snappy.

All in all - I hope someone reads this and finds it helpful to not sign up and use them.

They are greedy and have no business morals.
