This was an easy and decentralized way to bridge assets to AVAX so i could play with DEFI. i refuse to use a centralized exchange so this alleviated my headache and was exponentially easier than i anticipated! This should really be advertised more!

Changelly is the myth buster of the phrase "Too good to be True"
This service is really "Too good and True."
I'm a rockie in the crypto space and have lost a significant amount of money by over priced services and bold scams by other crypto companies.
Everything changed with Changelly.
I literally did nothing.
The support team followed up with punctual responses and updates.
You have to try it to believe. I'm still left in disbelief and overwhelmed with such an exceptional service offered by Changelly.

I strongly advise against using this exchange. They have failed to process my refund after several months, and any minor issue can result in the complete loss of your money. When the platform works, it's fine, but when it doesn't, you'll be left feeling frustrated and helpless. Their customer support is inconsistent, providing mixed answers and promises to escalate issues to the tech team, only to later claim they have no updates. Please heed my warning and avoid using this exchange at all costs.

2 times I have sent to a one time use only addy... and they were professional and helpful both times. Even when I was having an issue sending to a different person by mistake, they even helped me understand how to make sure I send transactions properly. Amazing support

Have used a few times, and the automation is great. Very straightforward to set up a swap, they've been completing Bitcoin SV swaps fast while Exodus has them disabled, and the fees are reasonable.

Changelly has solved actual business problems for us, and is enabling commerce with crypto.

Ran into a major problem and don't even have an account and thought, well I'll just try emailing Support describing my problem. Almost immediately, I received a response asking for the Hash & recipient address which I provided. Almost immediately, they provided a resolution. However, I discovered another problem within the problem and emailed Support. Almost immediately they advised me of the problem, cautioned me as how to avoid it in the future and within 1 hr or less, my BTC to XMR exchange was completed! I was astounded by how fast they responded to all my emails and how knowledgeable they were in resolving the issues which were complex, at least to me. Changelly's Support is the best support I have ever ever come across in my many many years of using online accounts. CHANGELLY's SUPPORT are NUMBER 1 and I mean it!!!! Plus, their fees are very very reasonable! If you need to convert crypto to crypto, give CHANGELLY a try!!

I can't get my money for a whole day. I sent the DOT to the address specified in the exchange, but did not receive my ETH back. The support says they don't see my deposit and take me for a fool. According to the browser, my sent money is at their address. If the service specified an incorrect address, is that my problem?

First time swapping coins on my Ledger X via Changelly and I noticed some discrepancies with what I received vs what I swapped. The team was very helpful by explaining the situation and confirming that the swap was successful. They also responded within minutes via email. Good to have a platform that you can trust.

I was impressed by the quality of their service.

Over a year ago, I experienced a loss of MATIC due to the error of a service provider (who relies on Changelly). Despite it not being Changelly's fault, they were considerate and assured me that they would restore the MATIC once they added support for it.

Recently, they successfully refunded the MATIC to me, even though it had been sent through the wrong networks. It's reassuring to see that they continue to enhance their services and address longstanding customer issues that arose over a year ago.
