I wasn’t happy with the original design and once I expressed this they were happy to change it and then it was perfect!! Arrived in good time and the recipient absolutely loves it and put it straight on! Then realised the hidden names within they were even more surprised! Beautiful design and craftsmanship, would very highly recommend:)

Custom charms were so cute with the first design! Very easy ordering process and they kept me updated on order status the whole time! Charms are on the chain and not attached to the chain like pictured allowing me to move 2 charms to the same necklace. Definitely recommend.

Although the design was okay the quality of the pendant and chain were very poor. It's almost like plastic. The clasp is heavier than the pendant so it's always tangled with the pendant. I contacted Charmlry who would only sell me a shorter chain. No thank you. What a waste of money.

The design that I received for all 3 of my chains was perfect my girl haven't taken it off since she received it. My daughter ❤️ her chain she ask for it every time we leveling the house. Also when I was in the process the artist was very open to any changes that I wanted. So I highly recommend if you want smiles and comments. Hopefully you get Elise to design your jewelry she'll take good care of you.
