I use this company for supplies to my office block containing 15 companies. Usually order toilet tissues hand towels and hand soap. Every call to the company is answered by a polite call taker who promptly takes my order usually delivered within a day of order or 2. The regular delivery man (Dave) always gives me a call to say he is there rather than just dump boxes and run as sometimes I could be anywhere in my building. Dave is also very obliging with his helpfulness in bringing the delivery to the correct floor in my building and helping off load it all for my convenience. In all a very good company who provide wonderful customer care and consideration.

We have found Chespack to be very reliable - and in a big school this is incredibly important. When we run out of an item, we need rapid response to replace it!
The products used are all of a high quality and there have been no complaints from our site manager or cleaners, which is always a good sign!
The price could be a little cheaper, I feel as school budgets are very tight and some schools will look for cheaper options due to these financial constraints.

Genuine level of support and a company which constantly exceeds expectations. Order process is seamless on all fronts and the web portal is extremely easy to use. Rarely do out of stocks occur, every confidence our partnership will continue to grow.
