DONT RENT HERE
DONT RENT HERE. WORST CARS, WORST SERVICE! I never write bad reviews but this is the first time and necessary. I received a car without motor oil, snow chains (paid in advance) & empty key battery. Then I called them for assistance and they yelled at me while I stayed just calm. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Couldnt use the car for a couple of days because I brought it to a garage. MONTHS LATER STILL NO COMPENSATION

Scam - beware
They will try to scam you when you return the car if you do not take the insurance.
Three cars turned up at the point we were dropping off and they tried to scam everyone:
Car 1 (ours): they tried to charge us €700 for some tiny stone chips on the windshield, luckily we had a photo from collecting and they quickly backed down.
Car 2: they tried to claim €400 of damage on the wing mirror wasn’t previously recorded. But it was discovered that they were using a report from a completely different car.
Car 3: they claimed a family had a ‘scrape’ under the car which wasn’t recorded on the report and charged them €340.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IT IS A WELL KNOWN SCAM.
If via Jet2 ask for another local dealer as we have never had this experience on the island with any others.

What a ride
What a ride. We arrived to pick up our rental car and, after only a little over an hour of waiting around, we were finally handed our keys. Clearly, efficiency is considered optional here.
When it came time to return the car, things got even better: nearly 600 euros were demanded for a minor scratch. Since we couldn't provide ironclad proof the scratch was already there, we were immediately held responsible. When we dared to suggest our photos might show the car's condition at pickup, the staff turned rude, visibly agitated, and insisted - almost aggressively - that we sign the agreement and accept their charges.
Lesson learned: if you do rent from this company, block extra time in your schedule for the pickup marathon, and treat yourself to a high-resolution camera session of every inch of the car, inside and out. You’ll need it - not because accidents happen, but because you may have to defend yourself from them.

Please avoid booking with this car rental, we arrived and we were charge straight away 135 euro for petrol which they said we could have unclicked but thats not true, there was no button to do it. Also they offer you an upgrade and charge you for a car that is completely scratched everywhere. I booked the more expensive insurance as well and they still wanted a deposit of 1200 euro. Nothing about this car hire was good, very bad service.

DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE
DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE! On the day of returning the car, the receptionist at car return wanted me to sign that I had roadside assistance worth 150 euros. The office found out that this was a mistake and it applied to another car. They unblocked the deposit of 1000 euros. 40 minutes later, at the airport, a charge came from my bank for 371 euros and we had to go back with my little son to the click rent a car office to find out again that there was another mistake, and the attitude towards me was extremely rude until I asked for a HOJA DE RECLAMACION. Then the situation calmed down and they gave me a copy of an internal email that the transaction was wrong. I have never experienced such unprofessional and fraudulent treatment, even in third world countries.

Scam company.
Scam company.. hired a car for a week , took out my own insurance not theirs returned the car at 5am as had an early flight and paid an extra £55 for the privalage of the garage next door taking it before they opened . Left immaculate took photos a around vehicle.. they Claimed a dent in side of car and have charged a further £300

1) car rented was Hyundai Tuscan but…
1) car rented was Hyundai Tuscan but actually it was a cheap MG. Cramped and underpowered.
2) we were charged 300 euros for minor scrape on the wheel rim! Car was left back a day early and completely clean. What a shakedown!

Unfair Windshield Charge – Highly Disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. After returning the car at Malaga airport, I was charged for a full windshield replacement due to a tiny stone chip that was barely visible. I cannot confirm whether this mark was already there when I picked up the car, as it was so small that it could easily go unnoticed during a normal inspection.
What makes this worse is that the damage was absolutely minor and did not warrant a full windshield replacement by any reasonable standard. It felt like an excuse to charge me extra simply because I had not purchased the company's own insurance, but instead relied on coverage from the broker I used for booking.
The entire situation felt orchestrated to exploit customers who don’t buy their insurance. I strongly suspect this was a deliberate setup to extract additional money after the rental. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would advise future customers to be extremely cautious.

Avoid This Car Hire Company
Beware! If you don’t buy their overpriced insurance, they’ll try to make money off you in other ways. I declined and suddenly they found "damage" that clearly wasn’t there. Even the photos and videos I showed them were ignored.
Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

Car in lower category
Positive:
1. Shuttle service works from and to the PMI airport, once you are inside the van it is quick to arrive.
2. Quick drop-off, they checked quickly and nothing was wrong with the car.
3. Car in good condition
4. Other comments say they push insurance on you, they didn’t try to offer me their insurance, maybe I was just luck.
Cons:
1. Shuttle service instructions are not that clear, it is not easy to find where we need to wait for the service, I was only able to find the place because I saw the company car leaving the parking spot, then I waited for the next one, there are no signs, no clear instructions of the exactly location like “click&Rent wait here”.
2. I have booked an SUV car via discovercars.com (T-cross or similar) that means a good internal space for comfort and extra boot space, I was given a Kia Stonic that is more like a hatchback with small interior and smaller boot, not even close to a t-Cross. it was a shame they didn’t replace it with a proper SUV.
3. Long waiting queue for collection, more than 30 minutes waiting and their online check-in doesn’t work (at least for me)
4 Online check-in doesn’t work, I took picture of my passport, driver license and selfie and the website had an error, I tried at home via computer before I flight to Mallorca and I tried via phone at the collection point via their qr-code and got the same error.

CHEAP but GREAT!
Had no problem with renting car with Clickrent. Location of shuttle bus was slightly difficult to find as it is behind a car park where other companies park their car. Staff were really nice and they offered us an upgrade to the car model. The rental fee is definitely cheaper than the rest of the companies in Mallorca. You HAVE TO get the full cover. It absolutely made our trip easier and stress-free. We highly recommended ClickRent when you visit Mallorca.

Excellent service, mediocre car
Both picking up and returning the car went very quick and in a pleasant manner. The shuttle between the airport terminal and rental location was easy to find and we didn't have to wait at all. Downside was that the booked type of car wasn't available. We booked a Peugeot 308 SW Estate or simular, but instead we got a Fiat Doblo van. In terms of space it could be considered an upgrade, but in terms of comfort and driving quality definitely not. Nevertheless, I do recommend ClickRent.

Good prices but long waiting times and bad service
I rented a car from the Barcelona airport. My flight was delayed and I called and emailed customer service to make sure the car I reserved is kept and will be ready for us, but it took an hour to get the car because it wasn’t ready and it wasn’t the car I reserved. They also didn’t let us wait in the office so we had to wait in the hot parking lot without chairs or fans.
Also it took 30 minutes after I returned the car to get the shuttle bus back to the terminal. The price is very competitive but the waiting times might not be worth it.
