On top of that the dress is amazing the quality the design everything is perfect I had countless compliments.

Placed 2 orders and really happy both times. The first time I wanted a bigger size in a skirt so I returned it for an exchange however it had sold out so I received a refund really fast. I also waited a while for a second skirt to be restocked so I purchased as soon as it was. Absolutely no problems and gorgeous clothes. So unique

Long Wait for Refund
I ordered a tshirt dress from Cocoboo Loves, it was pretty cheap quality, so I returned. There is no free return, and have received an email stating 14 days for funds to hit my bank. I returned two other parcels on the same day to two separate companies and I received my money within three days.

As per our previous email communication, the refund for the returned order had already been processed by us the day before you left this review. We kindly ask to allow up to 14 working days as this is industry standard, however we always process returns much quicker.
We are pleased to see that you have taken advantage of our returns policy, as we encourage this if an item isn't suitable for you.
As a small independent family run business, we are not able to offer free returns. This is very common now across the board, even amongst the bigger companies. We do however offer free shipping on orders over £75 as a goodwill gesture.

I have ordered few times from cocoboo as I don’t live near the shop. I can honestly say it’s the best costumer service I have ever had. Nothing is to much trouble for them when I have had to contact them and they always reply very quickly. Even though I have never been to the shop and never met them I feel like I know them 😃 definitely my favourite shop 😘
