I had a great experience with Code 11 Sam who sold me our Caravan was so helpful explaining everything about the van and a full service with it aswell we would highly recommend.

We have had our caravan for about 9 months now and Sam was right when he said we would love it. Code 11 have been brilliant with their after service care in supporting us with any questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience purchasing a caravan off sam. It was exactly as described, explained how everything worked on arrival then left us alone to have a look around with no pressure like most places. Wouldn’t buy a caravan from anywhere else and highly recommend anyone to pay sam a visit who is looking for a caravan.

We just recently purchased our first caravan from Code 11 Caravans and Motorhomes Ltd and couldn't have asked for a better service. The Owner Sam was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable which made the whole experience very straightforward and stress free. I can highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a caravan or motorhome.

Couldn't fault Sam and his team from start to finish. Recently bought an old/new to me caravan knowing it wouldn't be perfect and wanted it checking over and resealing. From the initial enquiry Sam knew that I wouldn't want to pour endless money into it if it wasn't right and assured me they wouldn't do any further work before talking to me first. Did a full service and identified some issues, and were honest about the economical options rather than just billing me for all sorts. Both Sam and Steve took time to explain everything to me and can't fault the service, even hitched and unhitched for me!

Will definitely be using them again for future checks and possibly to buy from. Honestly couldn't find a complaint if I tried.

After weeks of looking for our first caravan and getting more and more confused, we came across code 11 on Facebook and how glad we did! Sam the owner couldn't of been more helpful, found us a van, showed us everything we needed to know, gave advice and help to us naive newbies! We left so happy and much more confident in what we're doing, we will definitely be going back there for services, Mot's etc I wouldn't trust anybody else with it!

I had an accident with my caravan in March, and Code 11 took on the job of doing the mechanical repairs and bodywork repairs. The mechanical work was completed swiftly to allow me to use the caravan, but little progress was made in regards to the bodywork, Code 11 citing supply issues as the reason for the delay. Over the following months, Code 11 never contacted me to keep me updated, so after many, many attempts at speaking to their owner Sam, he eventually got back to me, and said he wasn't going to do the work, complaining about many things that were beyond his control. So, I'm now back to square one, six months later, having to find a new company. My conclusion is that anyone thinking of using Code 11 should consider whether or not they will be treated in the same unprofessional way I have been

250 miles from home and disaster strikes. More in hope than expectation I called on these guys who were unphased and reassuring. They sourced the parts, rejigged their workload and squeezed me in, sorting the problem while I waited and drank their coffee. I could not have asked for more. Well done.

Took my caravan for some brake servicing today after it developed a fault. Fantastic service and really friendly too. The wheel squeak has now gone and I couldn’t be happier 😊! Thanks so much!

This was my first time of using CODE 11 for my caravan service and it definitely won't be my last. They are very much in the know about all things caravanning and i find that very reassuring.I was told a time to collect van and was informed if the found anything that would cause a delay, they would call me.Went to collect my van at the stated time and it was waiting for me. All paperwork done, van left clean, and even put caravan on car for me. First class service.

This company provide exceptional caravan servicing. A good location, well equipped workshop and dedicated professional workmanship.
They go out of their way to ensure all aspects of the service are covered and explained.

Unfortunately for me I had a leak on my motorhome into the interior, I looked at a few places to go and went to Code 11 and was very impressed with Sam and his crew and decided to let them carry out the work. I was kept up to date throughout the process and invited to see what the issues were so I could understand it. I now have it back and am 100% happy with what they have done and thoroughly recommend them to anyone with similar problems. Sam guarantees his work insisting I return in a few months for damp checking and should there be an issue it would be fixed by them. How many firms would go that far these days.
Being valeted on return was an added bonus.

Recent bought a caravan from here and can’t fault the service. First time looking at a caravan but we were put at ease with the friendly and honest nature of staff. Went above and beyond with the service provided, checking that everything was fine with the caravan before they released it to us which we wouldn’t have got elsewhere. Definitely recommend. Top notch service from start to finish. The new workshop is so easy to get to straight off the M1. Highly recommended!
