I'm new to the world of crypto and was afraid I wouldn't understand it, but coinbase makes it easy and has helpful tutorials. I like the user interface and it's less scary than some other platforms I used.

A total Joke. I went throuhgh their onboarding procedure and verified my account. Soon after that it got closed down for no reason. I guess this is a scam company and i will never use their services under any circumstances.

If I could give minus stars I would. Their prices are sky high and are often hidden. Their service is slow and their support is non existent. They use AI for customer service and never give you direct answers other than to say you should have read the T&C’s more thoroughly. Do not trust this site or any of its offerings.

Horrible experience, negative review was removed, it seems that you can buy out your negative reviews with trustpilot. Coinbase suspended my account and annulled my funds. I got my funds back when
the above company intervened and it was like a miracle because my hope was lost

Coinbase . . . An app where it stores your crypto and NFT. But holy mackerel! This place is used by so many scammer companies. For instance, I previously lost $5000 to a scammer impersonating a financial advisor and was desperate to get my lost funds back. I found and made a trading deal with a UK company called FSCOptions. Coinbase kept my $4390 in Tether on a tight leash. They would let me withdraw Tether and said I was required to pay $1700 in Bitcoin for a BNB WAP network fee. After paying, they said the market price jumped $500 higher and told me to pay $2200 in Bitcoin within 4 hours or all my funds would be lost. After paying this outrageous amount, they never released the network for me to withdraw. And that’s when I found out they were scamming people, according to the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK. I asked for refunds but they did nothing. All I knew is that I lost over $8000 dealing with trading companies at Coinbase and a total $13000 in fake crypto traders. My advice to you is whereve your spending, be careful if they are claiming to be a professional.

The worst support to reach, only available is the robot which works terribly. My account is restricted without any reason, I'm not able to send my crypto away, and no way to resolve it. Just got stuck money with them. Highly do not recommend them.

I can't believe that I got victimized by this also! I disabled my account by mistake and they had that option through email, To enable your account if you made a mistake, through a link by your email, But that option is no longer available to use either.
Wow!.. I can log in, But it will not accept my ID for a second time for security purposes, Also tried the app on my phone, but They tell me not to use the app, We are having a technical issue, All my investment funds from Sun-FX totaling 70k were transferred into the account just yesterday.
These people are scammers!... I should have checked the reviews, I normally do that, But I was caught off guard that day when I signed up.

as could not fault the service
Everything as should be easy buy/sell crypto any issues support fixed it np at all
But coinbase you guys are promoting a service ie in (staking!!) That clearly does not do as yous claim no rewards! Then unstaked initial time giving by coinbase clearly is not true still not returned 2 my main balance
Second time had same issue unfortunately coinbase I will never ever stake my assets with yous again!! Get it sorted or stop promoting staking on your site its obvious there are problems yet yous still let customers stake not gd at all coinbase really disappointing

There support systems are deplorable. I need answers on some of my transactions. I get zero straight answers just Waffle
and I keep trying, over 25 emails to date. No-one in support wants to take responsibly and they will not escalate it

HORRIBLE! Trying to gain access to my account and I'm stuck in an endless, mindless loop of chatbots and automated processes that DO NOT WORK. If I don't respond in 48 hours, they cancel the case and I have to resubmit everything. It is a total joke. Coinbase will be the reason crypto never takes off. Pathetic.
