Upfate: Finally, I managed to withdraw my crypto to another exchange's address. The customer support tried to assist me the best way they could, so I changed my stars to 4.

Hi, it seems that nothing is working as I expected, and I can't do anything that I wanted to do.
Wanted to use the swap feature between two crypros but the crypto I wanted to swap to, was not in the list to choose. The crypto is available in coinmarketcap, so I thought I could perform that action.
Since I can't do my job, I tried to transfer my crypto out of coinmetro but it signals that I am providing an invalid memo, which I am not, the memo is totally correct.
I have tried repeatedly to transfer my Crypto out and I repeatedly get False "Invalid Memo" notes as an excuse to justify my withdrawals failures...
Please, proceed with allowing the withdrawals as you should.
