Really bad. Thieves and scammers. Deceptive and very skilled in deception.I am not a totally new to trading so I had some misgivings. If not for the fact that the account opening process was thorough and industry standard, service as described to me is nothing out of ordinary, I wouldn't be dealing with them. I've lost $48,500. A "
Manager" named Adams Johnson scammed the money from me by assuring me he would be managing trades with all trades being insured for losses. I even have it in writting. Adams sent me an email with Bonus Agreement to sign. The agreement stated it was a legally binding contract between this company and me. Initially I could access and view my account balance until Adams Johnson took "care" of my money. He said the money was tied up in trades. I haven't heard from him since, he didn't reply to my emails, I have no access to my account - error message says "incorrect" login details. Sent email to "@FUNDEXPER on telegram, before I could see my money back. The forensic expert ensured my retrieval was successful . Phones I used before are down. I also reported the scam to Action Fraud...

Had a little trouble at first but, after contacting support I was able to access the site. Good paying game offers when taking into consideration the boost system they have with their "Pods" that allow you to unlock small boosts for certain time periods.

I would particularly like to be credited with the 800k coins owed to me by Offer Toro (who also haven't bothered to even reply to the request for a review and I have no means to chase them due to their auto email on submission being no reply)
ALSO my Cointiply account STILL has a negative balance as a result of the undeniable bug with your multiplier that you should be thanking me for bothering to report, instead of disregarding it because your amateur devs think their work is bug-free when in actual fact it is bug-infested...

The worst support I have ever encountered, and believe me that is saying something.
Cointiply has disregarded multiple reports (containing videos and screenshots) regarding bugs in their multiplier which can cost the user thousands of coins... the latest instance was where I was unwittingly wagering on the multipler using funds I did not have which resulted in a large negative account balance (usually a message tells you if you do not have sufficient coins to wager)... and the last game I won I took a win of over 60k coins, but then got 2 messages (one confirming i had won the 60k+ coins AND another saying I did not have enough coins to start the game)... I was not credited with those coins, so when wagering in negative their system only allows you to lose and never to win... Cointiply have refused to reset my account balance.
Further, I completed in full the 800k coins eToro offer (via OfferToro), and OfferToro have not credited the coins and have ignored my request for a review... Cointiply support have also done nothing and are happy for me to be ripped off in this way, despite the fact I completed the offer extremely carefully and correctly...

Zero Assitance, Scam site
Completed a Big offer, with 200€ deposited. No reward.
I opened a ticket but they invent stupid excuses. 4 months and no reward. SCAM SITE STAY AWAY.
In their helpdesk FAQ, they say “ Note: If you completed an offer that requires a credit card AND you have completed ALL of the above steps and still did not receive credit. Please open a ticket and let us know the details of your interaction with the offer wall so we can investigate further.”
No further investigation, just ignoring customer with excuses. Pathetic website.

'Top notch support' is hard to believe
I recently had most of the features on my account restricted and contacted support to find out why. Almost a month later and after having the case closed and reopened with no response, I finally got an email that was very obviously a cut and paste response explaining that I had 'violated the terms of service' and that the 'data was clear' so they couldn't do anything. Love to know which terms I've violated because all I've been doing is the daily free spin and the surveys.

Zero customer service or feedback or any care
Update after Cointiply reply. Still no actual review of this ticket or even a reply or action on the support ticket 5 days later. Yet they have time to copy and past here in the public domain for you to be fooled and think they care. Nope, payment is still held hostage, no review of anything, all just lies you see in the copy and past reply from them. Lucky for me, my country has a commission that you can report websites that do not have physical addresses and take your money and never reply (fake support). So I have done this now.
After my Coitiply app freezes on my phone and I reset it, I suddenly got the message: "Sorry, this feature has been disabled for your account" and all features were disabled. I opened a support ticket #533239 and ZERO responds. The funny thing is, I am 700 coins from the payout. So never mind the Zero support, nobody has explained why my account was disabled. After 10 days of making money for Cointiply, they block me for ZERO reasons, without explanation and zero feedback from support. So I do not know what I have done wrong to be disabled, I do not know what happens to the coins I have collected, nor know if ANYBODY will ever respond to my ticket. Thus, if I could give them the same rating as the support I get, ZERO, I would. This means 10 days wasted with zero to show for it for me, yet they will still get paid for the surveys I did, they still get to hold my hard-earned coins hostage for ZERO reasons, with ZERO support or reason why.

I put 5 stars. The thing I like it's "multiplier". Simple and fast gambling where you can earn or lose. Probability looks good, but don't forget that it's not real, so easily can be 10+ loses in the first round in a row. Usually it's gives you something at the beginning when you start. You move up your bet and that's it. Lose, lose, lose... I can say pretty the same as roulette in the casino.
Strategy for beginners:
start with 10(minimum bet), if you lose then next round put 35. You will cover first lose of 10 and will be in profit. Open just one symbol and take what you win. If second time you lose, then you will need to put 100... Or try to google Fibonacci))
