Package never delivered

Package was marked delivered by ‘colis privé ‘ but was never delivered. I messaged customer support at colis privé but never received any reply. Amazon sorted this for me although I am sure the package was delivered to the wrong address. I won’t ever use ‘colis privé’ if I have a choice.

Package lost, not serious service!

The package I posted in the Netherlands (post.nl) was expected to be delivered by Colis Prive in France. First the status of the parcel was "delivered" on their website. Nevertheless, it was never delivered (no delivery notice in the mailbox). Then they informed me the delivery man had it. One day later it was mentioned that the package was lost and that I had to contact post.nl.
They do not take seriously at all the loss of my package!!!!

Order « delivered » but package disappeared

I have ordered some expensive things from Nocibé and my delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday.
Everything went well in sense of information from the side of Colis Privé.

According to the tracking of Colis Privé, my package was delivered straight to my mailbox.

As I was in the office, I have went downstairs to check, as soon as I got the email, but my package was nowhere to be found let alone in the mailbox.

I have never received my order!

Awful service

Awful service. I bought a sensor from eBay. And eBay chooses to send it with this company. The tracking number says it was delivered but I didn't receive my item yet 😕.
I don't know where's it!?
Update: I received it today morning 20 Dec 2022 after I raised a claim against the delivery man

FALSELY DELIVERED PACKAGE. SCAM.

My package got "delivered" when I was home. It was not in my mailbox nor did anyone ring the bell.
There is no way of easy contacting this company. You can only fill in a form that will be handled in 3-4 days.
They basically stole my 180 euro package.
SCAM, IF YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY, DON'T USE THEM.

Worst Amazon delivery company we have had

Have had number of Amazon orders delivered with this company and every time there has been a problem. Despite waiting in all day when they say it is out for delivery parcel didn’t arrive. Driver writes up that was unable to access property or that address is incorrect. Eventually parcel arrives several days later. Latest episode parcel out for delivery on 28.11.23 before 8.pm. Once again shows on Amazon that driver was
unable to gain access to property. Ridiculous, and now we are yet again waiting with no idea when it will come.
Update. Arranged on line for delivery today 30.11.23, confirmed by company. Waited in again. 5.15 pm managed to get through on the phone and told package is out for delivery and will arrive by 7.00pm. No delivery. Completely unbelievable. I use Trustpilot only occasionally for mostly good reviews and have always had a rapid response from the company within a few hours. This lot… nothing it says it all. Worst service I’ve ever had from a courier and still waiting for my package.

Terrible service -ordered via amazon

Terrible service -ordered via amazon; I was at home and got a call and opened the door to find no one there. Tried to arrange another time via the website but you cannot select the date. Complete nightmare - I wish this company would fix its issues or fire these fake delivery drivers.

She hasn't delivered the mail for 5…

She hasn't delivered the mail for 5 days, she keeps sending emails saying the information is missing, what does she want to know, she writes the address, she writes the name, what else ??? We have never seen such mail before. I will really write and complain wherever necessary.

bad communication

eventually received, but I don't recommend it. bad communication, long delays and complications if you miss the first delivery attempt. i don't know, in part it's e-store's fault since they didn't give me the chance to opt for Relay Point - instead forced by default home delivery. Colis Prive announced delivery at 12;00 (night) and arrived Saturday afternoon on short notice. Sometimes too good is not good at all.

I could have put a zero if possible

I could have put a zero if possible. Worst company ever!! never had a good experience with them.
They delayed my package for more than 3 weeks now!! without giving any reason. And for other packages when they want to deliver, they just throw my package on the street where anyone can take it, they don't have specific point to retrieve your package if you are not at home

Avoid products if this company deliver them

This company have repeatedly let us down. They deliver Amazon Prime parcels with a guaranteed delivery date, but never deliver on that date. Just yesterday they left two parcels next to our gate on a rainy afternoon with no shelter. The front door is just 50m away. Lazy, useless and ignorant delivery drivers. Fed up with them.

Much to my displeasure

Much to my displeasure, the parcel I was sending was handed off to these people.

They attempted to deliver the package to a closed store on a saturday. Then they promised an attempted delivery on the next business day. This apparently didn't include monday, because they didn't attempt again until tuesday.
On Tuesday, however, they updated the tracker at 22:09 saying that they were unable to deliver the package at the delivery point.
Now, I don't know what's worse here - if they lied about attempting or if they legitimately tried to deliver a package to a closed store at 10 in the evening.
Either way, this has been 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts completely out of my hands or the hands of the recepient, all due to truly horrendous planning.

Hit and miss deliveries

I have had several recent good experiences with this delivery service until yesterday. A parcel from Amazon was supposedly put in our mail box, goodness only knows where it went but certainly not to me. I complained to Amazon and they contacted Colis Privé. The parcel has just been delivered so well done Amazon for your input!

Very good service. Old lady appreciates and does not have to worry re person delivering. They know where to put and are very good for me.
