Was easy dropped in at local shop and got my refund. Nothing more to say.

Took my parcel to a collect + access store and got a receipt with a tracking number on it for my parcel. On the collect + App I could see the progress of my parcel and when it was delivered. Quick and efficient and the app is up to date. Brilliant service.

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, ordered something with AO & selected to collect it today from my local shop, was eagerly checking the tracking system all day & there was no change, as the day went on I was becoming concerned that at this point it was 19:50 & the shop I was collecting the product from closes at 21:30, I contacted AO & spoke to a very helpful friendly member of staff who put me through to collect plus, I was on hold for 45 minutes to then be told that my item was sent to Birmingham although I live North of Newcastle Upon Tyne & it wouldn’t be here today, in fact it might not even be here tomorrow, possible it could be here Sat, really just got to wait & see because they don’t really know where it is but they are sorry, when I asked why I wasn’t informed that they had messed up & it wouldn’t be coming today I was told it’s an inbound callcentre only & they only tell customer who bother to ring them to complain, when I explained that I have to work which is why I chose to have it delivered today the reply I got was well you will have to request a refund from AO, I then asked to speak to a manager because it wasn’t good enough, I don’t want a refund, I want the item, I got told all the managers are in a meeting, obviously an angry, annoyed customer wasn’t worthy of them coming out of their meeting, I told them I wanted compensating for leaving work early as I work shifts & couldn’t collect any other day I was told I needed to read the terms & conditions because they don’t compensate for their mistakes, having been on the phone for over an hour I’m no further forward, I don’t have my product, I don’t know where it is & I don’t know when it’s arriving.
Would of given zero stars but that’s not an option.
