We've been using Configcat for our content flagging needs, and it has proven to be an excellent, cost-effective solution. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and offers a great range of features that suit our requirements perfectly.

Configcat has enabled us to go live quickly, it's simple and powerful, we have used their golang and js clients, no issues after a year of usage.

Segments are enabling us to connect memberstack and stripe to features and behaviours in our app without having logic all over the place

We have been using ConfigCat as a feature flag tool for our React front-end for a few months now and it has been fantastic.

It is so easy to use in every way, from signing up to logging in, managing users, environments, flags. And even using the flags in React is so simple with the Provider and hook approach that they have taken.

The only documentation I've needed so far is very basic start guide for using ConfigCat with React. It's so intuitive I've not had to refer to any more.

We are now considering using ConfigCat for our backend API too.

Been using ConfigCat for a few years now. It has allowed for us to very easily run A/B tests and do phased rollouts to ensure lowest possible bug blast-radius.

As an engineer in a small early stage startup, I've had the opportunity to use ConfigCat and it has been a game-changer for our development process. It has helped us to easily roll out new features to our users, without needing to do a full deployment.

Using ConfigCat has greatly increased our confidence in our codebase. We operate in environments where the critical path must be free of failures for all users.
Because of this we use ConfigCat for canary testing to gradually rollout changes to our applications. If we find any issues with new features we can use the highly configurable targeting to toggle features for particular users, clients or projects.

It is a credit to the ConfigCat team on just how easy it is to integrate with their services. It takes about 3 minutes to sign up, create a feature flag and use the SDK! Well worth a try.

ConfigCat is super easy to set up and get up and running.
Their SSO for all plans makes the onboarding smooth and painless.
I love it when products are easy to use and self-serve without needing to reach out to sales or support.

We recently switched from the free to the paying version, due to our company growth and because ConfigCat is exactly what we need in our use case. It is simple to use, though you can make more complex flags if needed. We use it to switch on newly released features at will; switch features between different tiers in our SaaS product and to have better version control. Not convinced? Start out with the free version and experience it for yourselves :)

We have evaluated many competitors when choosing a our feature flags provider, and while many seem to offer more "out of the box" features, in our experience, the sales people of those products only tend to tell half of the story, and integration isn't always as easy as they claim it to be. With ConfigCat, you get exactly what they say, it works reliably and has a fair and predictable pricing. Would recommend!

I tried it because it was a recommendation from a friend. We're happy with it!
It just works and has an excellent free tier to understand if it's the right solution for your team.
I also like that it doesn't mix up feature flags and split testing.
Only minor improvement: the API for JS could be a bit smoother in the design.

ConfigCat is somehow both better AND cheaper than LaunchDarkly. The ConfigCat folks have been very helpful and friendly, and dealing with our various support requests. They even listen to feature requests! After I asked about high latency to their servers, they added global servers. ♥️

What could be better is the management of segments or target users. They support a simple list of identifications, like user-guid's but it can become a mess very quick if you want to add a lot of them to the list.

ConfigCat is a great service!
Definitely on the top for best value for the provided service. There's a lot of huge players in this market charging ridiculous per seat amounts and they are not only very fairly priced, but also amazing at support. Be it online chat, slack, you name it, they are always available.

Our development team was looking for a way to give us more flexibility around releases and decouple the deployment from a commercial launch. We searched far and wide for a Feature Flag service that had the feature set we needed, and the right pricing scheme that allowed us to comfortably get a feel for it without investing too much, but would also be able to support our growth in a sustainable way in the future. ConfigCat was the clear winner and we are happy with our choice more than a year after first starting to use it!

ConfigCat is great for basic, cost-effective feature flagging. There are many CI tools on the market that do much more than you asked for, but they are all lacking in that they try to do too many things and many (including LaunchDarkly) that have turned their backs on startups by having ridiculous pricing schemes that can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

We've been using ConfigCat for a couple of years now and we love it. It's simple to integrate and use. It gives us the full power of feature flags with very little overhead. The documentation and support are great and makes the whole experience nice. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and know that the best tools are the ones that do their job and stay out of your way. ConfigCat is one of those tools. You will love it.

Easy to set up

We've been using config cat for a while now, and really not even configuring it gets in the way. We have it set up across Nestjs, Next.js and bare bones react apps. It does require some extra code to make it work properly with react, but once that is done, it works flawlessly.

It makes switching features on production as smooth as possible. Personalising switches (e.g. per userId) is a killer. I'm happy I have such tool as ConfigCat.
