Avoid Avoid Avoid
Purchased a bracelet 12months ago which never arrived! What did arrive was an empty envelope which was totally unsuitable for posting the item. I contacted the company and explained this.
They basically stated that as the envelope had arrived they would not be responsible for missing items and insisted I put a claim in to the Post Office!.
Low and behold and 12months after I received the same email that the company sent when I initially placed the order!
Stay well clear!
