I've wanted a black Chanel Ligne Canbon Reporter with black CC's for yeeears. During a recent search for a pre-loved one, Couture USA kept popping up. I'd never heard of it before so I Googled to see what others had to say. I was very pleased with what I'd read. I also loved the fact that they have a return policy so I wouldn't be stuck with the bag if I didn't like it for any reason, so I gave it a shot. Paid for two day shipping. Received shipping updates regularly in those two days. When my bag arrived, it was packaged nice and securely. There was the box, then a plastic bag, then a Couture USA dustbag and then, voila, my purchase. GORGEOUS!! I believe it was described as gently used. It doesn't appear the slightest bit used! Looks brand spanking new. Smelled fresh and leathery. Oh, and there were paper rolls inside of my bag to assist in keeping the Reporter's shape. Came complete with the authenticity card that matched the numbers sewn into the bag and a small, enveloped Chanel pamphlet.

Couture USA, I LOVE YOU! Previously, eBay was my go-to for pre-loved luxury but as long as you're around, they'll always be 2nd place!

The item in good shape; had to air out the smell

The necklace itself was great - as described. I have sensitive nose, and I had to air out the item and its case due to the perfume-y smell. Not sure if this comes from the storage location or the original owner. I can still smell it after a few days, so I'll wait for a sunny day & try to air it out outside. Since I have chemical sensitivity, I'm not sure if I'd be likely to order again.

Clean and Great For Both Consignors and Buyers

I love to shop and consign designer pieces! Couture USA has the best deal, hands down, for consignors! For sellers they have the best consignment rate by far that I have seen -- 50% for items $299 and less, 70% for items between $300 and $2,900, and a whopping 75% for items $3,001 and over. Couture USA will even buy your items directly with an equally as impressive commission structure. I lack the will power to consign without being tempted by another beautiful BAG! When it comes to shopping, I love that the items are certified and professionally cleaned! So far, I have ordered two items and they both arrived on time, in the condition described, and clean!

This was my second purchase from Couture USA, but the first one was purchased in store so I was able to see condition. It made me a little nervous this time ordering on line, but I had no choice since the store is currently closed, and I trusted that Couture USA would not send me anything less than promised! I was more than pleased with the speed that it was sent to me, and the condition my Louis Vuitton bag was in... it was practically brand new! Can't wait to shop with you again, thank you so much!
