I had bought a voucher for my daughter's birthday but organized the wrong type of voucher. I contacted Cowshed and explained my daughter just wanted a facial and not to buy products as already had her. They were very accommodating and changed straight away
When I called at the shop they did not have the gorgeous Refresh hand wash and hand cream in stock but they told me when it was expected and posted it to me.
The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help find the perfect gift. Many thanks.

I had been gifted a spa voucher for the birth of my daughter and after navigating the first year I completely forgot to use this within the year, leaving it out of date by the time I got round to wanting to use it. I emailed and Eleanor got back to me straight away and gave me an extension on the voucher without any hesitation! Cannot wait to go for a much needed treatment!
Was disappointed that one of the room spray bottles shattered during delivery but delighted with the customer service received to promptly resolve.
Waiting for over a week for a response from customer service re an order I returned….still no refund or acknowledgement of emails sent!
I think the eyebrow tidy is far too expensive for what service you actually get. Since there is only a £3 extra charge for shape, you should just be charging one price.

My husband gave me a Cowshed gift card for Christmas in 2020, which my toddler son promptly 'hid' in his room, never to be seen again. It has just re-emerged, thanks to him having hidden it under his carpet! I emailed Cowshed, explaining the situation, anxious that the card would no longer be valid (a waste of a not inconsiderable sum of cash - £120). Carol at Cowshed got back to me within a day, confirming that my voucher would be both extended and activated for use on line. So quick, so effective, so understanding. This is real customer service - and has genuinely made my day. 10/10 Cowshed (and, specifically, Carol).
Beautiful product (Moment of Calm hamper) and really great service
Made an order shortly before Christmas . I had ordered before without issue . This time 1 of the bottles had leaked over another . To be fair , they had been packed well and if they hadn’t have been packed separately from a boxed diffuser the whole order would have been written off . I sent an email and after a few days (understandable at this busy time ) I had a very nice response with a reasonable outcome . One product couldn’t be replaced as it was out of stock and immediately refunded. The other I have just received in perfect condition. Many thanks to all concerned at this very busy period . Great quality products . I will definitely make further orders as they went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
