Disgusting service & non existent…

Disgusting service & non existent customer service!
I placed an order on the 16th Dec 2022. I received notification on the 3rd January 2023 from EVRI to state that they were returning my order to sender, despite no actual attempt to deliver the parcel.
As this has been returned to Cowshed, I have made several attempts to contact Cowshed to request a refund, I received one reply to state that if I didn’t receive the order by the end of last week that they’d send another one.
They completely ignored the fact that I advised that this had evidently been returned to them & that as I had ordered this as a Xmas gift, that I now wish, for a refund not a replacement.
Do not order from this company!

I had a gift card which had expired as…

I had a gift card which had expired as I had mislaid it due to a house renovation. On enquiry with Laura from Cowshed they extended with no quibble. While there was a tech hitch on the day I used it it was renewed once again - reaction from Laura in customer services was fast and positive. Happy to recommend personal service

Cowshed- might have financial problems...? why hold on to my money, not issue an refund

I haven't come across any business like this before! My Daughter gave me a £200 Cowshed Voucher for my birthday. So I placed an order £203 through cowshed website on the 14th of November 2022. Then I received a notification that said my order was on its way. However,I didn't receive my order, so on the 27th of November I emailed their support team, since there is no phone number or any other contact details on their website. I was told that my parcel was lost and they would issue a new order. of course, It did not arrive. on the 3rd of December, I tried to contact them through their facebook page, the email address on their facebook page is not in use any more! I emailed them again through their support page. There was no reply. By then, It had been a month since I placed my order.on the 30th of December, out of blue, their customer support emailed back, it seems that their warehouse never dispatched my order, and some of the products were out of stock by then. so, I requested a refund, they totally ignored my request, after two days later i received a box without any paperwork inside, and the products partially were not what I ordered, they sent me two conditioners but no shampoo, I emailed them again with a photo to explain that I don't want to have these. After a week, they replied that i need to take the unwanted items to DPD drop off with the return label in the box, after they receive the return items, they will issue a refund.I don't drive and I have no clue where the DPD drop off is! By now I am exhasted. It feels like a nighmare. I simply don't want to have anything to do with this company or their products. I just want my money back! They seems that try to hold on to the money... a little concerned that the company might have some kid of financial problem...

Woeful

Scammed

This company is a scam - I purchased the overpriced advent calender which included a full size serum, they sent the calendar and replaced the serum with a nail file. Everything else in the calendar is tiny sized, they are refusing to send the serum and instead offering a 10% refund. Do not trust this company

Ordered some face cream which I have…

Ordered some face cream which I have been using for years, it didn’t arrive. My money was refunded after 2 weeks when I queried the non delivery. Then the parcel turned up 2 weeks later. I offered to repay but Laura said no just keep it ! All quick and efficient.

Great service from Imeh at Cowshed UK

I was trying to send a gift from UK to Holland.
Imeh at Cowshed was very helpful, helping find correct address and Post code. She went to great lengths to clarify the import tax situation. And finally to refund my payment after I realised collection from Cowshed Amsterdam was a simpler solution.

order sent wrong twice

ordered 2 ropes to be written with mine and my boyfriend's initials in complete different letters and colours. I received mine but the other one was of someone else's initials. Called cowshed and mentioned which one is missing so they can send asap.I received the parcel only to see it's embroidered with my initials again instead of his. There's not much left time till christmas and this is the second time i'm being sent wrong lettered robe.
Plus, i wanted to call them but they turned off their phone line. The online support email responds very late, almost 2 days later, so i doubt this will be solved before christmas. Thank you for ruining my matching bathrobes present.

Excellent Customer Services

I was gifted a voucher which I tried to spend during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, it turned out it could only be used in store - but I don't live nearby. I rang Customer Services and Emily was extremely helpful. She arranged to reissue the voucher so that I could spend it online, unfortunately the relevant department couldn't do that until after Black Friday though. Emily sorted that out too so that I still got the Black Friday prices and helped me with my order on 5 December and I received it on 7 December via Evri. I couldn't be happier with both the service and the products. Thank you!

Hopeless booking system

Booked an eyebrow shape ahead of an important evening event. Arrived to find it had been booked in the "cancelled" column and no therapist was available. The reception staff were not even very apologetic.

...what a great experience.

...what a great experience.. Hannah in customer services has been absolutely amazing.. dealt with a situation I believed to be unsolvable... efficiently and effectively.

also i wish to add - i got though every time i called.. and when Hannah was not available she called me back or replied to my email within 5-10mins.. what an amazing service - I would say a promotion is due although i would miss her on customer services should a ned ever arise again.. thank you Hannah,. you are the best.

Cowshed won’t answer the phone

I rang the Cowshed number and go put through to a salon in Austin Texas which will probably cost me a lot as I was using a mobile. Then I tried again but was left hanging on the phone for ages and I checked the reviews on Trust pilot and read they no longer answer the phone so I gave up, This is appalling service and you can’t book certain services on line so you have to ring them. Whoever is managing Cowsheds booking system is clearly failing in their job.

One month delayed birthday present…

I ordered a gift for my mothers birthday one month ago and the courier left it in the entrance of my communal building. Low and behold someone stole it.
Now getting in contact with Ervi was literally a big robot circle. With a picture we left your box here ?? But I didn’t want you to leave the box there! I wanted to collect it or have it redelivered?
I’ve received the same email 6 times we are trying our best we will get back to you resolving this with the courrier.
Simple don’t use Ervi (Hermes) as a brand ambassador for cowshed.
At least give a refund so I can get a gift for my mum.

There was an issue with a delivery (not Cowshed’s fault). They were amazing and as soon as the issue was raised they resolved it. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service. Would 100% recommend

Cowshed never answer their phones

Cowshed never answer their phones. Hate to think how business they lose! Have tried Primrose Hill several times on many occasions to book treatments and now Soho Farmhouse and no surprise, no answer! Giving up on them! Funny way to run a business.

Avoid!

We received gift vouchers a couple of years ago for Christmas - just before the. Pandemic.

We booked treatment after treatment - all cancelled understandably due to COVID.

We were in the end able to book the Cowshed spa at the St Moritz hotel and told we could use our vouchers whilst there on holiday - so we booked, had our treatments, went to use the vouchers and we’re told we couldn’t use them!!

They then closed loads of their spas and we moved out of London so it was now harder to use vouchers as most of the spas are now members only!

Cowshed subsequently (after much chasing) extended my vouchers, I tried to book treatments again and again but couldn’t book online and nobody ever answered the phone at Primrose Hill spa. The only non members spa!!

Anyway I finally decided to use them online during the Boxing Day sale - went to put the codes in and they don’t work!!

Cowshed have given me the absolute runaround, what a bloody joke dealing with them. They’ve basically taken the money and won’t give us the opportunity to use our vouchers. Avoid buying gift vouchers is my recommendation!!
