I cannot say enough about how well my situation was handled by both Sophie and Simon. Trying to sell my apartment in Walton while living in the USA was extremely challenging, but with her help and constant attention over the past months Sophie was able to make the sale. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Churchod's as their expertise and persistence really paid off. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Curchods in Godalming have just sold my brother-in-law's property with myself as power-of-attorney. They were quick to find a buyer and with their recommended solicitor were able to see the sale through very quickly. The staff were very good at keeping up communications. Although only a sale with no chain, there were complexities with the property being empty, the poa situations and my being out-of-country. However, Curchods were most helpful and facilitated matters beyond their remit. No hesitation in giving them a 5-star recommendation.

The team at the Ottershaw office were very friendly, helpful and professional. It was good to meet them all when they came round to the house as a team to see what the house offered prospective buyers and have answers ready to some of the frequently asked questions before viewings were booked in. Our first buyers pulled out of the agreed sale after the autumn budget. Phill Shortman worked quickly and very effectively to find a new buyer so that we did not loose the house we had an offered accepted on. Alex kept us informed on a regular basis of how the process was progressing. Overall we were very pleased with the service and attention we received.

The staff at the Weybridge office were professional and courteous when we reached out. One individual who truly stood out was Callum Houseman. He went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our house went through, even when the chain broke down. Callum worked tirelessly to keep things on track by securing another buyer. From the start, everything was professionally handled in a very friendly way. We were pleased with the marketing, great photos and description of our house. It has been a difficult market over the period but Churchods kept in contact with us and we were well advised at critical points that resulted in our achieving asking price.
Always available on the end of a phone or email. We needed to carry out some surveys on the new property and Jemima was always on hand to organise access.

We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful. Thank you to everyone especially Jordan, Mark and Ruth (also Samantha who now is at Kingston). Would always recommend to anyone selling a property in West byfleet and surrounding area.
