I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not make the sae mistake as me and order from this company. I ordered a tankini that is extremely poor quality, doesn't match the description and a poor fit. I am 3 emails in trying to return it get a refund. There latest e mail suggested I treat it as an idle asset that I sell on to someone else.

Ordered and paid for tankini which has never arrived.No answer when emailing for refund.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My payment was taken but 5 weeks later no sign of my order. Tracking says ‘unfulfilled’.
I have tried emailing Curvey She but my emails just bounce back.

Swimsuit DID NOT arrive. Emailed to ask for refund on card or i would report as fraud. Money returned.

I ordered several items for choice and size. The sizing is not as expected, tops way too big, bottoms way too small. The shorts I ordered (size 20) would not go over my knees and my size 10 daughter was also unable to fit into them. I then requested a refund.
What a joke the refund system is.
The website refunds policy does not tell you that you have to return goods to the USA, at your own cost. They then offer you 20% off, then 30%, then 50% as their final offer. This effectively traps you into paying half price for goods you can't wear as it would cost more to return it. Clever, but a con at the end of the day and highly unethical. Many reviews say the same thing.
I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing to rethink. There are many more reputable companies out there that will not resort to such tactics.
I obviously do not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.

Ok so good selection BUT they have little stock and never know when more coming in!

Very slow to give a refund. I had to threaten with going to my credit card before I got mine.

There are better companies out there.....avoid these!

I seem to have had the same experience as many other reviewers.
I too, thought I had ordered from this site in the past and been very satisfied with my purchases However, my recent order arrived today and has gone straight back.
Such poor quality and seams all unfinished and fraying.

Have asked for a full refund but am not holding my breath.

Made a mistake as thought this a company I had previously ordered from. Last Sunday I ordered £68.03 of swimwear….Only after did I read all the bad reviews. Ordered confirmed etc very quick and over couple of days regular communication. Then on Wed advised item or items not available with a link I could not open. Immediately messaged them back advising not to send replacements and as my order not dispatched I wished full refund. Yesterday morning another message advising I would be refunded within 5 - 15 working days and to contact them if not received in 30 days. Did think this sounded dodgy but felt had to allow given time. Imagine my surprise as checking my bank account for other reasons today it has already been credited from Curvyshe for full amount. Feel I have to give credit where credit due.

Same as everyone else whos writing on this six weeks now and I still haven't received anything sent emails just being ignored put your details in and it just disappears

I am writing this because although I have some similar experiences to other reviewers, mine has been good. I ordered 2 items at the end of November. I started receiving shipping information quite quickly that one item was coming but nothing about the other. After a couple of weeks I looked here on trustpilot and thought that I had been duped by a site that looked like it was from the UK but was definitely not. HOWEVER, my item arrived a couple of days later and it fit perfectly, was exactly as was described and was really good value for money. I emailed about the second item and was told that it was out of stock but that I could have a replacement or a refund. I took the refund and this was processed very quickly. So, although the item took a little while to arrive and the other was out of stock, I thought the company dealt with the issue well, customer services kept me informed and the item that I received is my favourite swimsuit.

Ordered a tankini set and only the top arrived, when questioned was told pants were separate however even now it is advertised with bottoms. Company is in USA so they say not worth while returning and offer 50% refund which when agreed never credited. Foolishly didn’t review beforehand and lesson learned. Daft thing is the top part of the tankini is great but definitely can’t recommend due to issues above

Don’t bother! Would like to have added an expletive but not permitted. Like previous reviews thought this was a uk company. Waited 3 weeks for order when chased told”out of stock” when/if were they going to bother to tell me? Offered alternative stupidly I agreed. When it arrived I might as well have ordered a potato sack it was enormous! Tried to return & get a refund that was a joke. Offered 30% discount if I kept order what good was that? Then offered 40%, then 50% same applied I’m paying for something that’s absolutely no use to me. Told I had to return it to their distribution centre in USA & pay for their handling fees despite parcel coming from the West Midlands.In the end capitulated & took 50% & will sell it on to a friend. BE WARNED!!!

This company is fraudulent.

Took my.momey and didn't have wear I paid for in stock. I refused a refund and told you I would have to pay 15% handling fee on something they didn't have.

Like others, I assumed this was a UK based company. Had I read reviews before ordering then I wouldn't have ordered from them.
I ordered 3 tankinis on 16.9.24 but by 2.10.24 had only received 1 of them.
However, after a couple of emails to customer services I was informed that the other 2 are out of stock and I requested a refund. I have received that refund today (9.10.24)
The tankini I did get is not of the best quality - some stitching is puckered and the fabric is very thin. But for the price the colours are very vibrant, the sizing is good, and I'm sure it will suffice for my upcoming sunshine holiday!

Should have read the reviews. Total scam, you can't return even though there website states you can. It's all lies! poor service and quality, be warned.

Absolutely do not order from this site! SCAM!!
Keep sending emails to say my order has been dispatched with one item missing but nearly two months down the line nothing has arrived and the tracking just doesn’t update.

This company is a disgrace .Do not order from them .I received my order today .One of the items wasn’t there .The other two were disgusting .One of them was already worn .This company should not be allowed to operate.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM🤮😡

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. I've experienced the same as others with several emails offering a partial refund. The items just do not fit and I'm now stuck with them. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone!
