Absolutely disgusting service. They give promises that they then say they have never promised and will not reward, all within one and the same chat stream. They give boilerplate sales jargon and excuses hoping you will drain out your energy when repeatedly asking for the service that you have paid for. Stay away!!!!

Not worth the money
My CV is a senior level CV, which costs a little more. They drafted my CV and actually 80% of the wording is aligned to my old CV, if anything it has been dumbed down a bit. I was told they would assign an industry expert, but the "expert" had no knowledge of Workday which is the main recruitment software in my industry, which was rather disappointing. In addition, I had to continuously fix errors (like dates) until I gave up and fixed them myself. While I specifically asked for it to portray a specific view, it actually does not at all. The communication is also confusing between e-mail and the platform. Things get done if through the platform. It takes a lot longer than two days. The linked in profile review is a complete waste of money, it essentially explains the sections in linked in and tells you to amend some, but does not advise on the content. In addition, it advises you to perform a LinkedIn skills assessment which is a feature they no longer provide. Clearly the team are overworked and you do not get the one to one attention. So far, my new CV has been rejected at first hurdle across all my applications.

I had a bumpy start but raised concern to CV people and was allocated an excellent CV writer and offered an apology and refund. The standard of final CV was excellent and original concern dealt with professionally and fairly. Thankyou Anna
