Great service all round
Great service all round, everything about their service works. It can be a bit slow at peak times but that's to be expected.
They're customer service is absolutely perfect though. After I accidentally set up another account whilst installing on my phone, I was charged for three months for a second account. I got in touch and they were able to refund me in full for them!

I travel several times throughout the year and CyberGhost VPN brings me peace of mind when I log on to public WiFi. I had an issue viewing YouTube while using the VPN at a hotel. It was not a big deal but I decided to email CyberGhost to see if they could correct the issue. CyberGhost contacted me in short order and had the problem fixed a few hours later. They then contacted me to make sure everything was working properly again. That's great customer service!
