Untrustworthy and Disrespectful Service
I would like to share my experience about buying a table here.
Before I bought the table, I made it very clear that I needed the delivery before Christmas. The seller assured me this would not be a problem.
After the purchase, however, he told me that the delivery time was 51 weeks. I repeatedly asked him if it would still arrive before Christmas, and every time he confirmed that it would.
However, the table did not arrive before Christmas. This caused me a lot of stress, because I was going to receive guests and I really needed the table for that occasion. When I mentioned this, the owner showed little understanding and was not polite to me. He simply said I had to accept the table.
I then sent a formal email stating that I would not accept the table. Nevertheless, the table was still sent. The delivery men called me when they were at my door. I explained that I had already sent a formal email saying I would not accept the delivery. Besides, I was not at home. The delivery men were dissatisfied, as they had not been informed about this.
Afterwards, the owner Dylan, withheld €50 from the delivery costs, despite my formal notice that I would not accept the delivery. He also withheld another €100 in so-called charges, supposedly because of my refusal. I find this completely unfair and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the owner was even sarcastic and ironic with me when I said I would take legal action because he was wrong.
I honestly felt deceived and disappointed because something was promised that was not delivered. The whole process not only cost me money but also ruined my Christmas and caused me a lot of sadness and stress. What hurt me the most was feeling totally disrespected as a customer.
Unfortunately, I cannot upload all the screenshots of our conversations here, but it is truly regrettable, and the owner of this company knows exactly what he did to me, showing no empathy at all.
I am only writing this review after a long time, because this experience caused me so much stress and I just wanted to forget about it. But I want to share my story so that others don’t have to go through the same.
If someone needs a piece of furniture urgently or even not urgently I can only say: do not rely on this company. It is not trustworthy. They treat you nicely while you are buying, but after that they do not care about you anymore.
