Já usei várias vezes a Decolar, mas minha última experiência foi péssima, pois cancelei um voo dentro do prazo, recebi o e-mail que seria reembolsado na totalidade, e espero a parte da Decolar desde abril de 2019.
A Air canadá fez seu reembolso no mesmo dia do cancelamento, mas a Decolar se arrasta com desculpas, e mais desculpas, e não faz o pagamento.
são vários contatos, protocolos, e sempre dizem que estão aguardando os dados para o pagamento, sendo que já enviei até cópia de depósitos, para que não tivessem dúvidas, documentos, e-mail´s, mas não efetuam o pagamento do reembolso desde ABRIL. Um total descaso para com o cliente.
I've used Takeoff several times, but my last experience was terrible, because I canceled a flight on time, I received the email that would be fully refunded, and I've been waiting for Takeoff since April 2019.
Air Canada made its refund on the same day of cancellation, but Takeoff drags on with apologies, and more apologies, and makes no payment.
There are several contacts, protocols, and always say they are waiting for the data for payment, and I have sent even copy of deposits, so they had no questions, documents, e-mail's, but do not make the payment of refund since APRIL . A total disregard for the customer.

I an extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving from Decolar and Despegar.
It is impossible to speak with anyone who can help, I have been trying to reach someone on +1 877 893 3988 for nearly 3 days now (since the same day the booking was made as I need to make a change).

I have spoken to TAP who have confirmed that they would change it if it was booked directly but the request must come from Decolar.
I have already reported this to TAP and the fact that you have no after-sales service on your US contact number for over 6 months.

I feel you have deliberately taken 2 days to reply to try and charge me a change fee and I will be forced to contact a solicitor if this isn't sorted out tomorrow morning.

Since yesterday (11/23) I'm trying to buy a ticket. The offer appears and at the end of the process the system says the offer is not available anymore and offers some options. None of them work either. So, this is misleading advertisement!
