I was nervous to try these just because you never know when you order online. I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for a while but wanted a little more cushion and a little more structure fashion wise. I love these shoes! They have just enough cushion but allow my foot to move naturally. Love the wide toe box and they look great with whatever I wear.

The order process was very easy, emails were sent to inform me of the status almost everyday. The shoes were delivered timely and are so comfortable!!

Customer Service was quick to respond and provided me with answers. I wanted to exchange shoes but it would be so expensive they gave me a deal. The size I picked was sent I ordered 7.5 and received 7 the one fit ok the other too tight. Your size if is off.

My first pair of shoes were too large and they were able to send me another pair at a very discounted rate. Not my first choice but it was better than having to pay and ship them back. My new shoes fit well and are very comfortable.

When I got the shoes one of the shoelaces came a little bit damaged, but thankfully they say they will be sending me a new one. The shoes are fairly comfortable, but if I walk in them for longer periods of time they are not comfortable. They advised I try some art support inserts so I will try those once those come in. The style is very cute, hope they get more comfortable with the art support.

I needed a different size; customer service was awesome! A new pair is on the way!

I loved my first pair so much I bought another pair! So comfortable and have a wide toe box.

My experience was great! I ordered my regular size, and they were too big. I contacted the company, and ordered a whole size less and they fit perfectly. I really like my shoes, and my ankle pain is gone!! I recommend these stylish shoes. I received lots of compliments too!

I wish the new sizing had been explained as compared to the original sizing. I found the originals ran large and the website had encouraged us to purchase our normal shoe size, not our sneaker size. I had been able to wear a size 8 with my orthotics on top of the insole. The new version runs smaller, equivalent to my normal sneaker size 8 1/2. So, yes the sizing has been standardized. Beware if you had the original sneakers. The new version is much superior to the originals.

Ordering was really easy. I love the wider toe bed of the shoes.

It took a while for them to arrive, and I was worried that they arrived in a bag, but I wore them for an entire week and loved them. I had a few people ask me if they were the DeFlorance from the internet, and I was happy to share what a great purchase they were.

The updated design remedied all the issues I had with the original. More comfortable for longer wear!

It took a bit longer than expected, but given the times I was not surprised. The shoes were well worth the wait!!!

I received my shoes in a fair amount of time.

Customer service reached out to see how they could fix my dissatisfaction with the return policy (based on purchase of shoes using old sizing). They quickly sent me a new pair in the higher size (size up at least half a size from what you previously ordered) at no cost or return shipping. Very happy with how they handled and would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to do so much before to get it fixed. Feel MUCH better ordering from this company in the future! I hope they continue to service their customers like this! Thank you!

Beware! This company has moved to China and changed their sizing. They do not let you know this until an email after your order. Because the shoes were not sized like the previous ones purchased, they did not fit. The only options they give is to pay for return shipping to China ($50) or a partial credit for another pair. I will never deal with this company again.

I had been eyeballing these shoes for a while and I am glad I finally ordered. They are comfortable and have been helping my heel pain. Also, the customer service is top notch. After ordering, an email explaining them changing my shoe size was sent and I was a little worried but after wearing them, I am glad they took it upon themselves to change it and keep me I formed about it! They fit perfectly! Thank you again for the great product and customer service! Keep it up!
