I purchased a Double size reflex and memory foam mattress from this company which was rolled up for delivery, the stench of chemicals when I unpacked the mattress meant that I had to leave the mattress in an unused bedroom for over 2 weeks with the window open to get rid of the smell, then after a few days black marks started appearing in the foam and were seen through the fitted mattress cover I made a claim on Paypal however the seller wanted me to pay for return postage which because the mattress was now full size was prohibitive and the seller completely ignored my consumer rights to repair replacement or refund as my consumer rights makes the seller collect the mattress due to its size they have ignored my consumer rights and not offered a replacement which I asked for they will now face investigation by trading standards and legal action will follow if they do not comply, when I first complained they asked for photos which were emailed I do have proof the then did not respond I can only agree with other who have reported this supplier on this site. they will not abuse my rights in law.

DID NOT receive mattress Customer service appalling so unhelpful leaving a cancer patient running around trying to find parcel and just fobbing me off telling me to contact the delivery company 2 weeks going round in circles no further forward apart from it making me more Poorly
Update: almost 5 weeks of running around trying to get replacement or money back, company a total joke. I wouldn’t buy from them again even if i had to sleep on floor, disgusting people appalling customer service

Was unsure if this company was a scam at first but after I ordered it became obvious it was. They sent the completely wrong pair of trainers and then refused to get back in touch to resolve. DO NOT USE!
