Poor Quality
The quality on arrival of products is awful. Delivery service took longer than expected. On arrival, I was expected to carry a heavy box to my property door, as the delivery driver had essentially given up on carrying two frames. Once opened, the frames where cracked, bent and looked awful! The images were pixelated and crumpled from a badly fitting container. I will not be using Desenio again and I am yet to hear response from their customer service team.

Everything was great, from the check-out, to the delivery time and packaging.
Excellent products and service
This is my 3rd order from Desenio. I ordered from The UAE on the Portuguese site for delivery to Lagos. Both deliveries turned up no problem. The second turned up with a broken frame. They agreed to change it immediately no question and are now sending me a new one. I asked for a factura which they sent promptly.I love the quality of their designs and frames. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

Very low resolution image quality
The printed image had a very low resolution, making it a bit pixelized. Delivery cost plus return cost makes it workthless to return.

Product Arrived damaged
Although the products have a very good quality, I had again problems during transportation and one of the products arrived damaged (broken) is already the second time that happens to me
