Backend Help

My users weren't able to log in because their original email addresses that are connected to their Google accounts have a longer domain. Kathreen was able to help me by changing the domains on some of the email addresses that needed it, so now all my users are in.

Miguel was great!!

Miguel was great at guiding me from start to finish. I had a really frustrating time trying to connect a new phone to my dialpad account and he made it so much easier with detailed steps and a hilarious use of gifs! Thank you very much!!

Jona did a wonderful job addressing my…

Jona did a wonderful job addressing my issue with the Dialpad app not activating correctly. Her first advised troubleshooting step was dead on and gave me a resolution immediately. She also gave me extra information on how to make sure this process runs smoothly in my preferred way as well.

Such a great Customer Experience

I just signed up for the service, so I don't have much to say for a review of the actual product yet (other than it was SO easy to set up and the UI is clean and intuitive) - but I DO want to call out how awesome their customer support is. I was able to talk to Marc, who was incredibly patient (and friendly!) with my countless questions before I signed up and then stayed patient with my immediate request to change the automatically assigned phone number I was given to a new one. It took about 2 minutes and I had a new number... and this as after only taking about 3 minutes to download the app, sign up for the service, and have an active account with new business phone numbers set up. VERY good experience already! Great job guys!

DIALPAD IS HOLDING MY PHONE # HOSTAGE

DIALPAD IS HOLDING MY PHONE # HOSTAGE. I signed up for Dialpad because it integrates with my CRM and case management program. The integration worked well and that's the only good thing I have to say. I have been trying to get my phone # ported out since December 13th. Today is the 31st. They keep denying the port out saying the pin doesn't match, YET their reps keep giving me the pin. I am stuck with a sub par phone system that is costing me business and THEY WON'T RELEASE MY PHONE THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 25 YEARS.

You cant really tell if when the number…

You cant really tell if when the number will be marked as spam or scam likely so for a person who frequently uses Dialpad. It's hard to reach out frequently to the Customer Team to get it changed. But, they do have an easy interface to work with, it's easy to text or call people!

very very bad service lot of issues on their desktop app they can ruin your entire business just avoid them
