all ok

I ordered a new toilet seat from them that i could only get online as an old make. I had no problem with the delivery or the item when it came .If need be i would use them again.

Worst company I've ever had dealings with

I ordered over £1000 worth of goods on 19th October 2011 which the money was taken out of my account within a couple of days. As of 2nd November I have not received any of my order or any indication when I am likely to. I rang the company and they promised to call back with details they did not call back. I emailed requesting delivery details they did not reply. I have rang again and they deny ever receiving any contact from me. At the moment I'm waiting again for a call to be returned. I'm not too hopeful.

No quibble refund, bit slow on communication

Ordered a radiator online but received no calls or communication bar the automated response. Sent further emails and no reply, ended up calling them to be told that "service was slow as everyone was at an exhibition", not how I'd be running my business. On the plus side they had the best website with the most information. When it became apparent later on that the radiator we ordered wasn't suitable there was no trouble in cancelling the order and getting a refund, albeit a little more slowly than they had debited my account initially!
