FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD ALERT – DIDX.NET / DIDX Telecom Scam Warning
I strongly advise businesses and individuals to avoid dealing with DIDX.net unless they are prepared to risk losing money.
I was contacted on WhatsApp by:
* +1 212-365-6919
* +1 800-518-0092
The person using the first number claimed to be:
“Sumaira Shaheen – Sales Executive”
The company represented itself as a legitimate US telecom provider offering international DID services. They repeatedly claimed:
* they are a “well-known” telecom company,
* the platform is “self-managed,”
* and that a mandatory $100 deposit was “fully refundable” if I decided not to continue.
After payment, the reality was completely different.
What happened
* The platform was NOT self-managed as advertised.
* Almost every action required manual intervention from their staff.
* Support responses were extremely slow.
* Communication only happened during Pakistan business hours despite their US-company claims.
* When I requested cancellation and refund of the promised refundable deposit, they refused.
Serious Red Flags
* No visible real US contact phone support.
* No verifiable telecom licensing details shown.
* No transparent company ownership information.
* Website mainly pushes Skype-only communication.
* Heavy WhatsApp-based sales pressure.
* Deposit demanded before meaningful testing.
* Refund promise not honored.
Why this appears deceptive
The entire process felt designed to trap customers into making a “refundable” deposit and then refusing repayment afterward.
In my opinion, this resembles a telecom honey-trap style operation:
1. Promise premium DID services.
2. Pressure customer to deposit funds.
3. Claim refund is guaranteed.
4. Delay support and make account dependent on staff.
5. Refuse refund afterward.
Publicly visible inconsistencies
Their website strongly presents itself as a US-based company, yet:
* communication occurred in Pakistan timezone,
* operational behavior appeared offshore,
* and customer interaction relied heavily on WhatsApp rather than professional telecom support systems.
Advice to others
Before sending money to DIDX:
* Demand a written refund policy.
* Verify licensing independently.
* Avoid WhatsApp-only business negotiations.
* Never trust verbal refund promises.
* Test with the absolute minimum amount possible.
* Search for independent complaints first.
