The offer of a free session with a mentor with no hidden agenda sounded too good to be true, so i was pleasantly surprised at the level of efficiency - how simple it was to set up the meeting- and the level of assistance that i received. I'm overwhelmed by the kindness of the volunteer mentor, who is obviously a busy individual in their field and yet took the time to encourage and advise me as I embark on a new enterprise. Really great platform. It's a fantastic way to give back expertise through mentoring to a wide range of new entrepreneurs. I've had some fascinating conversations and learned about some new businesses and markets. The process of finding mentees, arranging calls, messaging and follow-ups is very easy to use.

Digital Boost is one of the few companies I can't wait to receive the 'how was your session' emails from. The mentors are so wonderful and it's beyond belief that a service like this exists, let alone for free. I was referred by my local business hub rep. and it was the best advice they could have given me. In the early days, I signed up for general 'how to run a business' masterclasses and mentoring sessions and found them to be really comprehensive and help bring focus to the (previously overwhelming amount) of things I needed to know. I've tended to pick masterclasses about topics I already know I need to know more about but occasionally sign up for sessions because I don't know what they're about.

For example, I thought I had an idea about email marketing but their masterclass was a game-changer for my business and changed my approach completely. I now sign up for 121 mentoring on specific areas for my business, everything from profit and loss to pitching to TikTok and find these to be most impactful as the mentors really are experts in their fields and carefully work through your queries.

My personal network/community doesn't really include people in the types of careers or with the types of skills that can support a first-time entrepreneur and I've all but run out of favours with those that do, so it's invaluable to have access to these mentors who give up their time for us. I leave these sessions feeling uplifted and reinvigorated not just by the specific recommendations but also highly encouraged by the enthusiasm of business owners who see potential in my idea - this makes my day every time and it's worth booking for this alone!

The Digital Boost team are also not just faceless background staff. I've been delighted to see that community sessions are led by the very same Alice who emails with tailored masterclass recommendations.

On one extremely unusual occasion where I had a less than supportive mentor, Alice personally followed up on my feedback and approached the mentor to remind them of their culture and values.

The highlight of my experience with Digital Boost was by far the face-to-face networking day co-hosted by NatWest in Nov 2023. A flawlessly executed and curated day that brought a few hundred business owners together for a day of speed mentoring, live masterclasses and networking - not to mention a free lunch, that I won't forget. I'm part of a group of people who went to the event and continue to encourage and support one another as solo entrepreneurs.

I'm so grateful to Digital Boost and recommend them at every chance I get.

Digital Boost mentors provide free, authentic and timely advice to mentees through 1-2-1 virtual meetings and 1-2-many workshops.

It is a wonderful platform that was available free of cost to reach hundreds of international experts for carrier guidance.

Do you know the saying this is too good to be true? It's just like that, but true. I can't be more grateful for finding Digital Boost and making use of their resources. It's free indeed, it's good quality and full of people able and willing to help. Not only that you get access to a miriad of resources, but it's also an environment where you can find a sense of community, where you feel understood, where you learn from each other and have a chance to grow as a person and also give legs to your little business, too. I used to be in a mentorship program before... That was great, but was costing me over 200gbp/month... Since I found Digital Boost I don't feel the need to go back to the other program... I can find what I need with Digital Boost and I'm super greatfull.

Cannot recommend this service highly enough. I don't even recall how I found this site but I'm ever so glad I did. I have found tremendous value in the FREE mentoring sessions I've received from well established and experienced professionals. It's so helpful to be able to seek advice and learn from others. This is a resource I will contine to tap into as much as I can as it makes life easier when someone else can guide you in the right direction for your business growth.
