Arrived bent/ wonky and no response from their customer service team. I didn’t expect a refund as their policies are tight and I brought it in a Black Friday sale for a Xmas present but at least acknowledge the defective products and ask for them to be sent back to them to improve the quality.
Not worth the money… Can’t believe they get away for selling dodgy glasses, Doesn’t seem I’m the first either.

I recently bought The Tint Eastwood glasses, and they are exactly what I was looking for. Initially, the wrong pair was sent, but the team was incredibly quick to fix the error and send me the correct glasses. The effort they put into resolving the issue won me over.

There was a small issue with tracking my package, but customer service quickly resolved it and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered some glasses in the Black Friday sales on the 29th November which said 1-2 days for delivery. I received no email to say the glasses had been dispatched so on the 3rd December I emailed Dinelli for an update to which they responded on the 4th December apologising for the delay due to Black Friday and that my order would be dispatched by the end of the week. Again I received no notification of dispatch so I chased again on the 7th December and this time received no response. I chased once again on the 11th December and still no response, so I tried again on the 16th December. Today (17th December) I received a refund notification email with no explanation as to why this has been refunded and there has been no acknowledgment of my previous emails. Really is shameful customer service and I would think twice about ordering from this company!!!! Not happy at all!!!!
