I have ordered from D2P on a couple of occasions and they have always had the best price. That's the easy part, I canceled an order due to a mistake on my part and they issued my refund within minutes. Impressed enough to write this review.

They helped me out super fast and got everything taken care within seconds. Defiantly worth it.

I have now ordered two games from Direct2Play and both orders have turned out great. They had the lowest prices available for the games and delivered as promised. They even fixed a problem where I accidentally ordered under a different account than my main account. They just transferred the order to my main account without any problems. I highly recommend buying from them. I was very impressed.

I was attracted to Direct2Play by their low prices on games. After doing some research I found that Direct2Play has favorable reviews, so this made me comfortable with making a purchase. I found that Direct2Play's website was easy to navigate, looked professional and also included Live Support. Each game also has a question and answers section so you can ask questions if you are unsure about something and it was helpful to see what others have asked and the answers they had received. Feeling comfortable, I moved forward and made a pre-order.

My first pre-order came on time and before launch day. I was satisfied with how things worked out, so I made a second pre-order for another game. Much to my surprise the price for the game pre-order went down. The support staff was very helpful and quick to get back to me to help me with cancelling my old order so I could take advantage of the new price. The support staff was also very helpful in letting me know about an upcoming promotion for my pre-order, alerting me about an even lower price! I certainly took advantage of that and again they also helped me out with that.

In conclusion, my experiences with Direct2Play couldn't be any better. I'd highly recommend Direct2Play to anyone, based on the good prices, ease of use and good customer service that is offered. I can easily say that I am a customer for life.

I, as well as some of my friends, have purchased a few games from D2P and have never experienced a problem. I've contacted Customer Support once about a price matter that was resolved extremely fast. These guys don't joke around. Highly recommended.

Cheaper prices than most online retailers lime Steam and Origin. I had to cancel my order for external reasons and they were quick to allow me a refund as it was greater than 7 days to the games release. Would use again.

Like pretty much everyone else here I thought these guys were a scam. I only trusted them because a couple of friends said they were all good. I ordered Titanfall through them and found my code was already redeemed, so I send a message to customer support and in two hours I had a full apology and the game in my account! Very happy with these guys ^_^

These guys are legitimate. I was a little sketched out at first, since the prices were so cheap and I'm buying CDkeys, but I got my key very quickly, in the form of a photograph of the key itself (which is a little annoying but hey I got the key for like 20% cheaper than anyone else was selling it). The key turned out to be used, but I contacted support and they sent me a replacement (apparently some duplicates entered the system and 26 of those duplicates went out) within 15 minutes of my support request.

I have been purchasing games from this company since they were an eBay store. They always have the best games for the best price, deliver quickly with a lot of security insurance methods in place.

Their support has always a great help, too. Quickly replied to my inquiries, with friendly attitude.

I hope they will prosper in the future and offer more great discounted games.

I bought battlefield 3, Skyrim, and pre-ordered Reaper of Souls from them. I managed to win a free Titanfall game but due to some complication the key was used by someone else. Direct2Play didn't give up and try to solve my problem, in the end I received a free copy of Thief instead. Would have gone with another Titanfall game but hey, a game is better than nothing! Good job for Direct2play's customer service!

I made a mistake on my setup of the account and used an old email address I had not used in years. When I later went to log in, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't. Joselyn was very helpful and prompt. I'll definitely be coming back.

Had an issue with my end of transaction and Joselyn was quick, on-point, and very helpful. First time customer and wont be my last purchase.

I recently ordered South Park and Dark Souls from the site. South Park was delivered with no problems and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately I had to cancel my Dark Souls order, but their fantastic customer service was more than willing to help me with my issue and understood completely. They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my issue immediately. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone trying to order games!

This was my first time using Direct2play and had the normal concerns using any new retailer. Their prices were really good so I gave them a chance.

Ordered Titanfall and Southpark Stick of truth for a total of about $82 ( would have been $120 retail). Southpark was delivered a little late but came with the pre-order bonus. My game backlog is so large I really don't mind a day delay. What I care about is price and getting a legit product. I received titanfall 4 days early.

Both keys activated with no problem on steam and origin. Customer service was good and provided updates. I also did a live chat with Max M who was very knowledgeable about my questions regarding whether or not Southpark would come with the pre-order bonus.

Good prices, quick delivery and legit products. All in all I will definitely not hesitate to use them again.
