Robbie called today to sort out the damage on my alloy wheel and I must admit I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I was so impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the work carried out .ten out of ten for me even though he admitted to supporting Liverpool.

Robbie did an amazing job repairing the kerb damage on my alloy wheels. The service was excellent, on time and efficient. Highly recommended!

Had smart repairs to all four alloys on 4 March 2026 and I’m delighted with the results – the wheels genuinely look like new again.

Robbie carried out the repairs and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained the process, worked carefully and ensured the repairs were finished to an impeccable standard.

I also received excellent service from Claire, Millie and Maddie, who were all extremely polite, professional and understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to help.

Absolutely first class job. Punctual, courteous and did the most amazing job repairing my stone chips - you can’t even see where they were. Brilliant, highly recommemded.

Professional service from the first phone call, through to Rob arriving on time and leaving my car looking as-new after a small scrape to the rear wheel arch.

Dented an alloy in a huge pothole - took it over to these guys at just after 8am when they opened - they got straight on with un-bending it and was done in about an hour - just long enough for me to go and grab a maccies breakfast and a coffee :)

I’ve had direct finish out to my Audi a3 4 times this year so far for both stone chips and damaged wheels (scrapes and a gouge from a pot whole that destroyed my tyre).
From the team contacting to book in the appointment at your convenience, to the contact to remind of your appointment and to notify you they’re on their way (always on time which is a breath of fresh air!) and the actual repair work - all is fantastic.
Dave has completed all my repairs. He is friendly, personable, professional and gets on with the job. He provides quality work (I cannot believe the flawlessness of my alloy repairs in particular!) and completes the job in a timely fashion.
I would recommend direct finish to anyone.

Not only wheels, they refinished my M3 CSL rear seats, refinishing all the plastic trim that had worn over the years. Dave was really nice to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

There were plenty of reminders for the appointment prior to the date. Rob phoned and informed me when he would be here including a follow up call, so the communication was brilliant.
When he arrived there was a little confusion with my car because it's Toyota made vehicle supplied and badged as a Mazda. He sorted it and found the renamed Toyota colour for my Mazda.
When Rob had finished painting my metallic grey car - probably one of the hardest colours to match?, It was a perfect match, It was like new. The half rear bumper he had repaired was indistinguishable from the other half.

My alloy wheel which had been scratched very badly during an RTA so I called up to enquire about looking at my wheel, promptly I was asked to send in photos and received a price within 2 hours, my wheel was collected from my work place and was returned 2 days later. OMG I could not believe it was the same wheel, absolutely fantastic service from Amanda who took the call, the guy who collected my wheel and returned it and obviously the professional guys in the workshop who repaired it - Thank you Mark

Speedy service by Rob this morning to sort out a couple of scuffs on my alloys, he was brilliant and they look like new! Direct Finish themselves have been great as well, as my husband had a hospital appointment today where I had to transport him there and back, and were more than happy to work around this and I didn’t need to reschedule. Thanks guys 😊

A first class service from Rob at direct finishes Ltd. He called me to say he was on his way, and was early. The repair he did to my car, was excellent and you cannot tell there was an issue with the paintwork. He really was first class, and I would highly recommend Rob, and the company, to others who require work to their vehicles, as their standard of work is extremely good, and they take a pride in what they do. It clearly showing with the standard they achieve.

I had a couple of scratches on my bonnet that needed repair/fixing/removing. Rob arrived on time and quickly got to grips with what was required. He went above and beyond my expectations and I have a lovely new car again! Rob is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I certainly would recommend Rob and his company to anyone. A fantastic service 10/10 👍
