SCAM. Ordered since December, they never replied to messages on website or emails. Phone number has only a recording. Took them about a month to actually charge my card and I though my order would be processed but have not gotten anything yet. And now the website doesn’t even display.
SCAM, my order has been processing for 30 days , they don't reply to emails or accept phone calls. I also ordered a DYSON 8 ..Bunch of scammers
Scam. Currently disputing charges with my credit card. Great customer service when you are trying to make a purchase cancelling said purchase, but unsurprisingly they give ZERO response about receiving a refund for the order they so easily cancelled for me.
Fake. Looked them up on here originally and they had a good score so I ordered the Dyson vacuum, but actually looking at the reviews they all seem to be fake my order has said it’s processing for 2 weeks and they have never responded to me so I don’t think I’ll ever be getting it at this point.
This company does not return emails and the phone system is all automated with no way of speaking to anyone. I purchased on 1-22-24 and it is 2-4-24 and all my notification on their website under my acct says is the order is processing. They charged my credit card the day I purchased but it is 12 days later and no merchandise… would recommend not using this company.
Scam. Customer service number is useless, no one answers. Its all automated. I have received no response from email, I have made 3 attempts. No updates on the package being shipped, the order is has been processing for over week.
The Dyson Airwrap we bought came quickly and it was new in the box like the site said.
