I have emailed and messaged with no reply. I had to get advice from citizens advice who reported the business to trading standards only when i sent the reply from them to say they had reported DLSB did i get my refund. However it’s too late. I was told they were out of consumer right terms and would urge anyone in the same boat to report them.

Takes too long to receive a refund, the only reason I received mine this week (returned items beginning September) is because I raised a complaint with PayPal and they settled the case in my favour. Avoid this company.

Avoid ordering from this company. I order 2 dresses back in August, both were returned as not suitable and I’m still waiting for a refund. I have emailed the company numerous times but I’m still to awaiting to hear from them.

It’s also very suspicious that they have zero comments on their instagram posts. How many comments do they delete!

Absolutely DISGUSTING service, they ignore messages, they block and delete comments on their social media. They are being completely dishonest with the consumer, I urge everyone to go to their banks for refunds and report to the ombudsman.
DLSB if you genuinely cared about your customers you would treat us much better! Will NEVER use again and I will urge others not to either! I’ve given you ample time to sort this out!

Ordered 2 dresses and returned them early September but still waiting on a refund. Sent two emails as no contact telephone number, and keep being told that because they are a small team it is taking them a while to process the returns
AVOID - don’t give promised refunds
Still awaiting a refund which was promised back in September. Terms state up to 21days, they tell you they will refund then after 21days just ignore. Had to use PayPal dispute two months later to finally get what I am owed. AVOID.

Do not order from this company if there is any chance what so ever that you may need to return anything.9 weeks after they acknowledged my return was received I am still awaiting a refund. I have now opened a case with my credit card company, to see whether they are able to obtain refund.

Very disappointed still waiting for a refund from the 6th September every time I email and ask they just keep saying that’s I’m in a que and the small team will get back to me soon. Only ever automated emails sent back as usual. But if you read how long a refund takes up to 21 working days I’ve sent numerous emails regarding this issue. And this issue is still on going absolutely appalling service. And I’ve ordered a few times with no issues with items. Just poor customer service no contact number to get in touch with the company! Been waiting 10+ weeks for refund
I returned an order on 22nd August 2024 and to this day, 7th November 2024, I am still waiting on a refund of £194.
I understand their website says it can take up to 21 working days to process a return and receive a refund, which I think is completely fair. However, waiting 10+ weeks is not.
I have tried to contact them via the form on their website and heard nothing. I’ve now emailed their sales email address but don’t have much hope.
I will never order from here again which is a shame because the clothes are ok, it’s the customer service that lets the company down massively.

DLSB received my return on the 17th of September and still I have not received my refund.
It is almost impossible to contact them.
