No item, no communication, no refund.

I've not received my order and PayPal continues to take my money. DLSB are not replying to emails. There is no contact telephone number. The order is stated as 'Unfulfilled'. I only got a response on Facebook when they were still advertising the item saying it could be a pre-order item. The product post has now been taken off Facebook and the product is no longer on the website. There is a sea of angry reactions on almost all of their Facebook posts so obviously something is awry with this company. Disgusting! Now I see posts and am receiving promotional emails saying everything is £10/15/20. Have they gone out of business? PayPal dispute raised to obtain a full refund!

Refund system is diabolical

Refund system is diabolical. 2 months later and I’m still waiting on a refund. No replies except for automated emails. No telephone number. Not even replying to my complaint via Resolver. So infuriating. Don’t order. Customer service is shocking.

DONT EXPECT A REFUND ANYTIME SOON!!!!

Order clothes for my wife but she didn’t like them sent them back for a refund, they received the items back on 12/10/24 didn’t receive my refund they emailed that they were backlogged and still processing September refunds. Sorry for a business that’s not good enough. Had to involve my bank to do a chargeback to get my money back.

Trouble getting a refund?

Having issues getting your money back from DLSB? Try this after advice from CAB.

You can contact your bank/credit card provider. They can refund you under Section 75 (>£100) or under chargeback. They should credit you immediately and chase on your behalf.

Send an email to DLSB using 'breach of contract' in the email header. Remind them that they are legally obliged to return your money within 14 days. Ask them if there is a valid excuse for not issuing the refund. Lastly. Use this phrase (per CAB) - Are you part of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, if not, would you be willing to join one so that this can be resolved.

I'd waited 6 weeks for my refund and had already sent 3 emails. I received my refund the day after I sent this.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I am still waiting on a refund from an order placed on 4th August, all returned in time, I have sent 5 emails to customer services, no reply and still no refund. Also, no contact number available to speak to anyone.

Do not buy from this company stay well…

Do not buy from this company stay well away!!!!!
Twice I’ve bought from there and twice I’ve experienced a nightmare with a refund ! U get the same old email we are busy with returns,
it’s now 28 days since my return and no sign of a refund or a reply from dlsb despite emailing twice. I won’t be buying again and I would advise u not too.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Took over 2 months to receive my refund. They are now ignoring my emails. My parcel was delivered on the 26th of august and it’s still on going because they are refusing to acknowledge my emails.
The apology was a shoddy “please don’t feel sorry for me” “we’re busy” maybe if you looked after your staff and employed more people you wouldn’t have such a backlog

Owed over £185 over 2 months later

Would be zero star if possible. Currently owed over £185 in returns. Sent back on the 27th of August over 2months later and 6 emails, just getting automated and non committal responses. That money was needed and accounted for. I bought multiple items knowing I would only keep one and this is the result of shopping at this company. Just devastated. For everyone else experiencing the same, you can go on the .gov website for the small claims court. It costs £35 in fees for goods in value of up too £300. My next step I guess 😩

Avoid unless you can order via PayPal…

Avoid unless you can order via PayPal or credit as it’s a nightmare to get your refund. I’m up to 32 working days and still no refund of the £140 they owe me and well over the 21 days they asked me to allow for refund. Love their clothes but very reluctant to order again. Rubbish communication via and means of contact, next point of call is visiting their store in Newcastle. Sales galore at the moment on their website, so obviously concentrating on getting money in rather than returning it to customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a number of dresses in august. Returned all but 1 dlsb received my return on the 9th September. I still havnt received my refund. I’ve emailed 3 times to just be told they are very busy and are dealing with refunds that were sent back early than mine. My refund is a lot of money and shouldn’t have to wait this long when it says 21 working days maximum in busy periods. It’s now been 42 working days. It’s an absolute joke

If I could rate zero stars then I would…

*UPDATE* - 38 working days and still no refund. I've contacted DLSB via their website/email numerous times (the generic replies have now stopped), raised a case via Resolver (two emails sent and no response) and now raising a dispute via my bank as I just don't know what else to do.

If I could rate zero stars then I would - my returned items were received on the 19th September and I’m still waiting for my refund. Absolutely shocking “service”, and also a shame, as I’ve previously purchased items from DLSB and had no issues with either the products or refund timescale. So so angry…..and also disappointed. Big thumbs down, sort it out.

Scammers

Scammers.
Sent me a dress that was absolutely nothing like what I ordered and then told me I’d have to pay to send it back (against consumer rights laws) and 2 months later they’ve acknowledged receipt of the item back but still haven’t refunded me. Do not give them your money. Awful service, awful products, awful people.

received my return on the 7th…

Company received my return on the 7th October & I have yet to receive my refund. Emails are being ignored & comments on social media deleted. To add insult the company keep adding new posts on their social media promoting their products. Company have breached contract and customer act. Not too sure if I will ever get my money back . It’s theft

I’ve had the same experience… I…

I’ve had the same experience… I returned items amounting to nearly £200 at the end of August despite numerous emails I’ve still not received anything back and have only had auto generated replys. I will never order from this company ever again. Please can someone from DLSB get I touch to process my refund. I can’t afford to loose this amount of money and will not let this lie

Terrible returns process

Terrible returns process. My returned items were received by them on the 21st September, it is now the 5th November and still no refund. You get generic responses when you email to chase, saying they are busy but with no estimation of when the refund will come through. Shame.
