3 year customer

I’ve been ordering nails from Doobys Nails weekly for the last 3 years and genuinely never had an issue. The quality is always amazing, delivery is super fast, and the new free next-day delivery is honestly a lifesaver 💅✨

It’s such a shame seeing competitors try to bring good businesses down with fake negative reviews because my experience has been nothing but positive. Definitely one of the most reliable nail brands I’ve ordered from 🤍

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Ordered over £30 of nails. No order confirmation, no dispatch notice no delivery notice. I had to contact them about this. They then tell me it was handed to me personally, well now a days its extremely rare that any of us are handed a parcel, so basically a lie. My contact forms were ingnored twice. Then they just sent nice response messages. So this company now have washed their hands with the problem and expect to raise a claim with Royal Mail. Surly I bought from them in good faith I did not choose the courier they did so they should be refunding me and taking up the claim with Royal Mail and not me. So ive no nails no refund and a Doobys have still got my money its a win win for them!! Hayley Edwards you should be ashamed not proud of this company. I work hard for my money and its a bitter pill to swallow knowing ive lost my money to you!!!!!!

Hi, we are truly sorry you feel this way and we completely understand how frustrating this situation has been for you. We did apologise for the delay in our email responses — following the bank holiday we were extremely busy dispatching a high volume of orders, which unfortunately meant our team did not get round to responding during the evening as quickly as usual.

We have spoken with you daily regarding this issue and have tried to assist throughout. The tracking information we shared for your delivery states the parcel was delivered to your property and includes an image from Royal Mail showing the parcel being handed over. Based on this, Royal Mail class the item as successfully delivered.

As advised, Royal Mail require the recipient to raise the claim directly when a delivered parcel is disputed, which is why we provided you with the relevant link and tracking information to help you proceed as quickly as possible.

We are genuinely sorry for the upset caused and appreciate your feedback but we cannot issue a refund for a package that states delivered with an image and address location as your property.

Delivery Issue - Crickets!!

Ordered 4/1, just received a notification that it was delivered, 3 weeks later. I check my mail and NO package. I have reached out to them 3 times so far and no response. I was really excited to try their product as it looked really nice but I am so disappointed. Still waiting for them to respond about a refund.....Crickets!!!!!! Very Disappointed.
4/29: I am now at about 12 e-mails asking for a refund or replacement order and not a single response. I have tried to reach someone in several ways and no luck, I believe all these 5 Star reviews on their website are all FAKE because if you look on this site they are all horrible. BEWARE of this company, they will take your Money and then go SILENT!!!!!! It is disgusting!!

AVOID

Ordered beginning of March. We are now April and still not received. I have emailed twice and sent a Facebook message, all have been ignored. Terrible!! AVOID.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, set of nails arrived would not stay on , contacted them 3 times via email and once on what’s app ! .no reply .
Eventually I got two to stay on but then Nails all snapped and chipped away after about 3 hours .
High street well know cheap store nails sold there for £1 theyare rubbish but least you only pay a quid .

Please DO NOT ORDER from this shady company!!!

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company! I placed a $127 order on December 27th, 2025. There was a note on the website that they would not be shipping out orders until January 2nd, 2026 due to the holiday. Okay, that's understandable. I got an email on January 6th saying that my order was shipped, but there was no tracking information. I couldn't determine who was delivering the order or when it was expected to be delivered. It is now February 7th, 2026, and I still have not received ANYTHING that I ordered or a refund of my money. I have contacted Dooby's Nails at least eight times, and they do not respond. I emailed them five times. I sent a message on Facebook. I submitted two "Contact Us" forms on their website with my name, phone number, and email address, and a message with what happened and to please contact me immediately. I cannot fathom how on Earth these people run a business when they do not respond to anyone's issues or complaints. I have read several reviews on this website with the identical complaint to mine: they ordered products, never received anything, and Dooby's Nails refuses to respond to their messages asking for help. They obviously run a shoddy business and are incredibly irresponsible. I wish I had come here before I placed an order. I called my credit card company last night to file a dispute so I can hopefully get my money back. I don't want these criminals to get away with stealing my money, as they seem to have with others. Please do not buy anything from this horrible company. I will also be filing a complaint with the UK Citizens Advice Consumer Service. They apparently forward cases to Trading Standards. I am not familiar with the UK's practices, as I am an American, but I am assuming that this is what one would do to deal with a shady business in the UK. I could let this go and move on with my life, but I still don't have my money back, and I want to make sure that they cannot harm another customer ever again. Businesses should be held to a higher standard and should never be allowed to operate lawlessly. Again, please do NOT take a chance with Dooby's Nails. You will likely regret it. Customer service not good, products never received

Unfortunately cannot rate the product as the products don’t exist, stay away

Ordered over a week ago with next day delivery, still haven’t received any and the tracking no longer works, customer service has been absolutely shocking, I emailed them after 2 days and then responded and said that they would look into it and asked if I could confirm my address which I did, after that I have sent multiple follow up emails which have also been ignored. Very disappointed due to seeing and hearing wonderful reviews about this company but clearly the “frame” has got to there heads and they arent interested in satisfying their customers, first time buyer and most likely be a last time buyer.
Would not recommend especially when there charging £6 for next day delivery.

Money on Nothing

I have never written a bad review because I prefer to focus on the good of the many companies I use. I had been looking at these for some time and it was my fault for not checking here first.

I ordered nails on the 20th of June. Besides receiving a few emails asking me to review the nails, that I never received, I've had nothing. I emailed requesting a refund. I got one email asking for my address and nothing since then. Every follow up email I have sent has been ignored. Avoid at all costs if you want to not spend your money on nothing. Lesson learned though, check trustpilot first.

Amazing service

Love the nails from here. I received my order yesterday and something was missing from my order, after emailing them about it I received the item on next day delivery. Great customer service. ☺️

poor quality

Nice packaging but that’s the only decent aspect. Nails chip after 2 days of use. Poor quality .
Put the nails on Wednesday 16/07/25 and we’re chipped by 18/07/2025 with no strenuous activity

Shocking!

Shocking!
Can’t even rate the product as they never arrived and nobody will answer phone, email or what’s app to get a refund.
Appalling and they shouldn’t be able to trade. I wish I had read these reviews first. I had had no delivery and no refund. I will contact the citizens advice to escalate this!

Please do not trust this company - look at previous reviews, I wish I had!!!
They will take your money and if you have any issues, totally ignore you!! Thankfully I eventually managed to get a refund through my bank after being totally blanked by this company - AWFUL!!!

Nails are poor quality

Nails are poor quality. The top coat peeled off and varnish chipped. The nails didn’t actually stay in longer than 3 days. I have contacted the company to try and resolve this privately but they have tried to blame me and suggested I have used a chemical on them.

Really cheap and poor quality nails

Really cheap and poor quality nails. No different to the super cheap plastic ones from shein. One thumb split after a few hours and the other split after a couple of days. The colour has scratched off on all of them. I emailed customer service but had no response. For £15 they are a complete rip off.

Disgraceful scam

Paid for nails for my wedding day. Never arrived, I contacted them and they stated that a new set has been sent out. Never arrived, they won't respond to emails and messages on social media even though i can see they've been opened. I just want my money back. Don't buy from this disgraceful company.

Placed order for ombré short nails

Placed order for ombré short nails. No further communication since ordering. They do not respond. I originally wrote a negative review as I hadn’t received goods and no communication, However I must retract. The ombré nails arrived with glue in sturdy packaging, They look nice. I only want for purpose of short break away so if they last I’ll be happy. I guess you just have to wait rather than rely on delivery information online. So I am pleased now
