We had been shopping around for a new bathroom and came across Simon at the Bolton Branch, who was extremely helpful from the first conversation. We didn’t really have too much of an idea on the colour scheme we were after, so Simon offered affordable ideas on what would suit our rough brief and pulled together our perfect bathroom! The WhatsApp group chat customer service is a superb service at Easy Bathrooms, which not many other brands offer, but Simon was always on hand, no matter what hour of the day, to answer our questions and quickly change products when we had a change of mind. Genuinely couldn’t recommend Easy Bathrooms and in particular Simon enough. They go above and beyond and provide not only excellent, affordable quality product, but exceptional customer service.

Friendly patient staff, we changed our minds and had designs changed on a few occasions over a 10-month period and the staff were happy to help.

We dealt with Karren on most of the planning, who was superb, however we crossed over with other members of the Easy Bathroom team, and all were equally willing to help us plan our bathroom.

We recently purchased our bathroom and Simon was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help us throughout the process and made everything feel really straightforward.

Even after the purchase, when we had a few small issues, including a faulty sink unit, Simon continued to help and kept in touch throughout. This was a complete contrast to the support we received from Head Office, and we really appreciated Simon taking ownership and making sure things were sorted.

I dealt with the Bolton Showroom and Simon Love (yes his real name and he is lovely) , they were so patient. Drawings and costings and ready to order…then I changed my mind at the eleventh out and completely changed the design. But none of this was an issue for Simon, he redesigned and costed and we had it all ordered ….. but as I left he said don’t worry if you change your mind … we can always change the design.

Everything in stock and delivered within a week.

We met Sam(Bolton Store) and from Day 1 till the last order placed, Sam’s customer service, knowledge, advise, commitment, communication is excellent and spot on.
He does go extra mile in providing excellent customer service by communication even out of hours. We are very happy with the products we selected from easybathroom and the products quality is awesome and high standard. Overall we very good experience and happy days to design and buy products from EB.

The process from start to finish was smooth and made choosing our bathroom easy. The communication regarding delivery was great and the bathroom fitters were excellent.

Excellent customer service throughout. Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to our particular needs, nothing was too much trouble for him. All the products we purchased were excellent quality and exceptional value for money, particularly compared to products we had seen elsewhere. We only experienced one slight problem with a tiny missing part, which was dealt with swiftly, enabling installation to be completed that day.

We’ve just had our bathroom fitted and we honestly love it. The whole process has been seamless, and the workmanship is excellent. What really stood out was the service — especially from Simon in the showroom. He’s been fantastic: friendly, patient, and genuinely funny, which made choosing everything so much easier. I changed my mind a couple of times along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We’re really impressed and would happily recommend them.

This review is directed at the Bolton branch and in particular Simon who, following failings at head office level, stepped in and went above and beyond to repair the damage done and correct the errors. Simon and the staff are a real credit to the company and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Simon and the store.

Excellent service from start to finish. Simon is clearly a dedicated member of team and passionate about helping others. He had the advice and ideas I needed to make my perfect bathroom come together. He got the brews in and got down to it. The other staff members were also friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Staff were well informed on products and very helpful. They gave us time to look around and make our decision. They kept us updated on delivery times. Very professional company to deal with.
