My order was cancelled without my…

My order was cancelled without my permission! I tried to order Preservision for my AMD and initially made a mistake and ordered the capsules rather than the 'Sticks'. I phoned up to change the order - impossible, so I had to start again with a new order and cancel the first. For some reason they duplicated my new order - I asked them to cancel one but instead they cancelled both. Each time, they took €19.10 from my bank account and told me it would take some weeks to get the money back. Total incompetence.
