Excellent service
Excellent service. I couldn't get to the Swansea store this week so thought I'd order online instead. Ordered 6 juice bottles yesterday and they came today with the postman by 12pm. Only thing I was disappointed with is that I can't link my points card with my online account.
Trustworthy and highly recommended
First order from them after a friend highly recommended. A purchase made by me was successful, arrived day after order was placed. Authentic well wrapped products, trustworthy website/franchise not sure which one of them two they are.

Only ever get my vape liquid and equipment from Ecigarettedirect for a few reasons:
Customer service - whenever I have a query online I always receive a prompt reply. Over the phone you get to speak to a well informed and friendly member of customer services. In store the staff always give you the time of day and help you as much as they can.
Online - website is very easy to use and orders are always shipped quickly with no hassle or delays.
Products - I can always trust that the products sold are reviewed by their staff and are always of the highest quality.
Loyalty points - very easy system where it works like a Boots advantage card where you can collect points to get money off future orders. The only thing I would suggest with this is to link online points to the points you obtain on your loyalty card in-store

I have been buying my liquid from the barry store for 3 years and have to say that they are great liquids and fab customer service from staff.

Bought from here a few times, free delivery over 20 pounds, iv always received authentic items and i love their safety certificates listing whats in all the eliquids they stock, including their own which are very well priced and very nice tasting. I cant really fault ecigarette direct, their transparency about eliquids is fantastic and its been very helpful to me as a new vaper. Will order from here again no problem x

I paid for the next day delivery option on Dec 28th but the order was delivered on Jan 2nd.
I wrote to the company to explain that the order was late, all I got was that the next day delivery was only from Mon-Fri and due to the festive period it was basically my fault.
I was expecting at least a warning about paying extra for the next day delivery option but I was told it was my fault for not checking the T&Cs.
Beware of the next day delivery option is it there to rip people off who expect a decent sericve

Have been buying my e-liquid from these guys for over a year now and I've been very happy with the service. They have a decent variety to choose from, customer service is very good and my orders always arrive very quickly.
Friendly and trustworthy
Staff is always helpful and friendly, also knowing what they offer. Decent diversity of e-juices sold, unfortunately they only offer the most popular devices and coils selling in packs rather than by piece.

Said Id failed age verification (was paying with credit card in my name), asked for more details & copy of driving licence. I didn't comply & cancelled order! Credit card cancelled when bank noticed suspicious transaction!

We use Experian credit services to perform identification checks. These are done using soft checks which are not visible on your credit profile, and do not affect your credit score. Unfortunately, you were not able to pass the online check.
Our customer services team then contacted you to verify your details. When customer services were unable to get a match with the details you provided, they asked for your driving licence number, which can be used to complete the checks. You did not provide this information and asked us to cancel the order.
We've released pre-authorised funds for your order which should be returned to your chosen payment method within a maximum of 7 working days.
We take the safety of our customer information very seriously. It’s unlikely your suspicious transactions are related to your purchase on our website. However, we're happy to provide more information about your card transaction on our website if you think that it will help with your bank's investigation.

Excellent customer service. The coil on my ecig was faulty upon arrival & their customer service team were speedy in replying to my email & posted out a new part the same day. Nice to have a good experience with an online retailer and the product is great now it's up and running.

I have used this site a dozen times over the last 18 months since I moved to vaping. I've barely had a cigarette since. Ecigarrettedirect have a good range of flavours (I like it how you pick only UK made flavours too). Their order process is quick and easy and the delivery is usually within two days. The one hangup I would have is that the points and discounts don't seem to work on the site....which is a bit annoying. But as a provider of flavours, it works very well.
Excellent customer service and quality products at affordable prices
Ordered some halo E juice from this site last week and was hesitant at first as all E juices I have purchased at under a fiver before are awful. Received my product 2 days after ordering and was sent the wrong strength liquid. I sent an email explaining the error and received a reply within 5 minutes. The correct product was sent to me the next day. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Tastes as good as other liquids I have purchased for twice the price! I will be ordering from this company again and can highly recommend.

I ordered for the first time from this company yesterday afternoon, I telephoned them just to make sure that my online order has gone through, and was met with really friendly and efficient customer service. what I was amazed about though was the fact that I ordered late afternoon and it arrived this morning.
the vapour tastes really clean compared to others that I have bought.
I would definitely recommend this company to other people, and will be using again.
