Econergy contacted me after referral through Cleverenergymidlands The follow up to the first contact was first rate. I had hoped to use a local company for support and follow up. and Econergy have provided this very effectively. . The complete process from the initial meeting, an onsite assessment, the installation of equipment ,to a final follow up, all went without a problem. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing solar panels. They operate to a very high standard and place emphasis on customer support through face to face contact.

I was very impressed from start to finish with the whole Econergy team, especially Luke and Matt. They provided a competitive quote and were happy to answer all our questions. The best thing about the process was the communication the y provided along the way. We had 24 solar panels, a Sigen 27.12 kWh battery, and car charger installed. I would highly recommend.

I recently had a full solar system installed by Econergy, and from start to finish, the experience has been excellent.
We installed 22 panels generating 10.23kW, along with 2x 8kWh batteries, an 8kW inverter, EV charger, and gateway - all using Sigenergy components. Our main reasons for going solar were to reduce dependence on the grid, avoid rising energy costs, and add resilience since we live in a remote area prone to power outages.
After receiving several quotes, I chose Econergy because they were local, offered to price match, and showed a clear understanding of my needs. I already knew what size and type of system I wanted, and their sales rep was knowledgeable, honest, and confirmed it was the right choice. They clearly laid out the expected performance and payback period too.
Installation took around two days. Despite discovering that our roof had an unusual construction, the team handled it with professionalism and care. They were punctual, tidy, and respectful of our home, even when faced with challenges.
The system has now been live for a month and is working well, even with variable weather. It is satisfying to see how much energy we generate and store. We can power our home’s basic load with solar and charge our EV overnight using off-peak grid rates if needed.
Throughout the entire process, I had lots of questions, and the support team consistently replied quickly and in detail. Their customer service really stands out.
Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the system and the experience. I was particular about who I chose to work with, and Econergy lived up to expectations. A big thank you to Matt, Luke, Gavin, and the rest of the team.

From a consumer perspective, Gavin and the Ecoenergy team provided a reliable and trustworthy service. After experiencing many issues with other PV companies, it was a big relief to work with Ecoenergy whom provided excellent communications and addressed all queries in a prompt manner. Superb from quote to installation. 14 panels and two batteries (I may add a third). It’s a cloudy day but my 8kWh batteries are full and I’m feeding the grid.
Green energy, free energy and I will be making money.
Top tip - interest free credit cards to pay for the installation; monthly payment to clear the debt in time, of course.

Econergy Solutions were great, they were very professional and provided great advise they were able to answer all my questions, they seemed very knowledgeable on everything to do with Solar Power which was very reassuring.
