I had a problem where my account notifications from eco web hosting were going to junk and subsequently I got cut off from my business emails for having not paid a bill. Even though it happened on a Saturday lunchtime their customer service assistant was able to help me get everything back up and running in a short time, for which I am very grateful. I should note that the hosting service from eco web hosting has been excellent and we haven't experienced any downtime I can remember in the 3+ years we've been with them.
Ecowebhosting are simply great. What I particularly like about them is that they are helpful and will spend the time to figure out how to resolve issues.
When I started I really didn't anything about Web development but I have never regretted working with Eco Webhosting and have eno hesitation in highly recommending them.
